Being a veteran of several whale-watching trips, this trip was pleasant, although not one of our best trips. We saw only a couple of whales, although this could have been due to the lateness of the season (November 13). We also saw a few sea lions that kept repeatedly jumping out of the water. The weather was very comfortable, and the water was very smooth. If I went again, I would go a little earlier in the season.
The naturalist leader of our trip was very fun and informative. I would recommend her without question. |

I thought that the captain and staff were very knowledgable and caring about our experience. My only complaint was that it was supposed to be 2.5 hours possibly even 3 depending on the whales but we returned back to the dock under 2 hours...
Since it was the most expensive one I researched I thought that was disappointing.
Other than that it was great and I would consider recommending them but would let them know about the time/price thing first. |

Crew was nice, boat appeared to be one of the nicest in the marina which is definitely a plus, but really didn't see much of anything to make it a worthwhile experience. So, if you definitely want to go on a whale watching trip I recommend this company, but if you aren't sure whether you want to go whale watching or do something else then do something else. |

As it was quite cold, it was good that the ship has a heated cabin. We went out twice and saw whales, dolphins, mola molas. We had a great time. |

It was a nice sunny warm day. The guide had great enthusiasm and a great personality. We were able to see several whale's, which was very exciting and I got some great pictures. The only set back was that we could not rent the binnoculars because neither myself or my husband had our ID's. They were back in the car and we did not have time to go get them. So, it would be nice if a deposit could be put down if someone happened to forget their ID. |

This is a great trip for your anniversary. The crew was well informed, and told me details that I didn't know (and I'm a Biology major). We saw some jellies and whales, but even if there were no whales, the boat trip itself was fun enough. i recommend this trip to anyone and everyone. |

i will do this again, i was soooo impressed, it was fun and informative. the only tiny complaint i had was the p.a. system was very difficult to hear, need better or new speakers, i'd say. but the info given was great. seen a mother humpback with her baby and i was just awe struck, just so spectacular to be so close and we tracked along with her. it was so awesome when she dove back down and that huge tail (not the technical name, but i didn't hear what the lady said it was called) stood up there, just like you see on the nature shows, but you are right there, it's breath taking. we also saw thousands of jelly fish on that particular day and of course the sea lions, what a treat. i did learn alot of things from the very informative lady (naturalist??) everyone should experience this at least once. those wonderful animals are the greatest of gifts for us to watch and enjoy and realize just how important their protection is. i now know why the whale doesn't just munch down on the sea lions. but you gotta go to know. i hope you take my word for it. i rank it up there with one of my greatest experiences. well worth the cost of the trip. oh yeah the lady doing the commentary is FUNNY, for a little extra bonus. and ladies the captain was pretty easy on the eyes (hee hee) and very skilled at piloting that big boat. the whole staff that i had any dealings with were very pleasant and friendly. great customer service. |

We saw two hunchback whales, a mother and her calf, at first they just swam around but after a little while they both started jumping out of the water and it was great. We watched them perform for about an hour. We also saw jellyfish and seals. The whales were fantastic. |
