We saw whales for the first time in our lives! |

The cruise was good, boat was clean, safe. Guide was enthusiastic about the tour and good expert. the boat is quite big so it might be that with smaller boats its easier to get closer of whales, but for first timers and families with children a bigger boat is nicer. |

Biggest complaint was tardiness. As we checked in, we were told that we would be boarding @ 9:45AM. The narrator/guide did not show up until 10AM and then went into a little overly dramatic welcome and little too lengthy orientation about the event.
This would have not been so bad if she had been on-time! No staff came out to apologize or to tell everyone that you were running behind. I heard two other parties, standing near us, comment on the tardiness of your staff also. The other thing was that other whale-watching boats that were out there got much closer to the whales than we did, which was a little disheartening. No explanation was given (that I recall) why we could not get a bit closer as there were several whale sightings!
These are my only complaints. Other than these, I enjoyed the event. |

The staff was very nice and helpful as well as knowledgable. The boat was very clean and in good shape. Safety info was given before boarding as well as after. My wife and I were very pleased with the trip. |

My sister came out from Pittsburgh PA with our niece who is 8, and wanted to see dolphins. We encountered 3 species of dolphins (with some swimming right next to the boar) nd a humpback whale. The water was calm that day. We had a great time! |

Saw three different type of dolphins, and only one whale. Numerous seals. Really wanted to see otters, but they cant control what you see. It was really enjoyable and interesting. The female guide was really informative. I would go again on this tour. |

I felt welcome and safe. Tour director very friendly and helpful. Boat captain responsive to whale sightings. Crew on the spot for all passengers' needs. |

It was a wonderful trip. The boat ride was a treat by itself, but the opportunity to observe whales in the ocean (as opposed to an acquarium) was surreal. The trip has been filed away as one of our cherished family memories. Thank you very much. |

It is a nice 3 hour trip in to the ocean. We saw some dolphins, and 3 humpback whales. We were hoping to see them breach, throwing their odies out of the water, but we could only see it when we were approaching them. They decided not to breach when we were near. All in all it is quite an enjoyable experience watching these gentle giants.
