| I had a good experience over all. We saw a couple of whales during the 1:30 tour, we were told that the morning tour usually has better sightings. A few people got sea sick because it was a bumpy ride. I would suggest taking a hooded sweater and maybe some gloves because it was really cold. |

| We went in a group and had fun. Initially I was so worried some of us would puke on the boat. We took the motion sickness pil an hour before departure. Apparently, the sea was quite calm and none of the passengers puke. We took the 9am trip with Princess Monterey. It was pretty foggy and windy at first. Then the fog cleared off. We managed to see some humpback whales and blue whales, but not the dolphin or Orca. We were probably 100 feet away from them. There was once the blue whale came so close to our boat! We saw some clips from youtube where the whales came so close to their boat and stay for a while. We just don't have the luck. :( Overall, it's still an amazing experience if you have never done it before. |

| The naturalist was extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic. We saw three blue whales, a pair of humpback whales, a tufted puffin, two black-footed albatross and the wonderful sea lions and harbor seals. |

| Most of the trip was getting to and from our destination. Not enough time to really see anything. |

| The only problem we could mention - it was a bit too short.
The ship has left the whale area when the whales were still visible very well, and we would have liked to stay there for about 15-30 minutes more. |

| A real life mini adventure that my visiting relatives really enjoyed. Choppy waves and massive mammals had both children and adults yelling with excitement. |

| Excellent enjoyable trip. Saw both blue and humpback whales. Fine day. No-one we saw got sea-sick. Princess is fine large boat with both inside and outside seating, the latter all around the ship. Captain very experienced and explained everything. Certainly can recommend. |

| Arrrr there be whales. this is the first time I have ever gone whale watching. We were able to see two sets af whales. The weather the day we went was great. It was worth every penny. My wife and I had a great expirience. The crew was freindly and knowledgeable.
I high recomend The Princess Monterey Whale Watching tours |
