Princess Monterey Whale Watching Cruises

What a treat me and my daughter had in Monterey bay! Whales feeding, spouting, flukes, dorsels and the orcas that came so close to the boat! Plus the birds, sea lions, seals and sea otters! WOW!

The tour seemed well organised and the captain was knowledgable about whales and the area. The crew member was polite and helpful. The only shame for us was that we only got a couple of glimses of whales - although I'm aware this is due to the time of year we went (and luck!).

Thank you so much for a great trip. I haven't been whale watching since I was three and was living in Santa Barbara. I wasn't sure what to expect on the trip, but once we were out on the water, it was amazing. I didn't realize such a large body of water could make a person feel so small and then seeing those magnificent creates definitely put things in perspective for me. The tour guide did a great job. His timing was really good on when the whales would come up and how long they would go back down for. I definitely want to come back during the spring. Thanks again for a great experience I'll never forget!

couldn't ask for anything better,cruise in the ocean,couple of whales,dolphins and an ice cold beer. Staff where very friendly and well informed. Had a blast see ya next time.

We went out on the 10 am boat. The Blue whales were in the bay feeding and we were not disappointed! We must have seen at least a half dozen of these amazing animals. We also saw a pair of humpbacks all very close to the boat. The crew was very attentive to the kids on board especially the ones who were not feeling well. I have been out on the bay many times and this was far and away the best sighting ever. We even got some amazing photos.

It was truly a wonderful experience. I would recommened it to anyone interested in marine life. It makes you appreciate wildlife at a whole new level, I thought it was fantastic.

Nice weather, calm ocean and we were lucky to see orcas. The naturalist was enthousiastic and very helpful. The boat was not crowded so it was easy to see and take good pictures.

I thought the trip was perfect and very no-nonsense. We got our little speech before the trip to educate/prepare us and off we went! Nice trip out for an hour and fifteen minutes before we found our whales. About 30 minutes of watching and taking pictures and then we headed back. No drama, no difficulties -- just smooth sailing and a great day!

My fiance and I greatly enjoyed the ride. We saw humpbacks, a back of a blue whale and my dream came true; we saw orcas.

instead of printing off the reservation i took a picture of it on my phone and presented that , might be a good idea to offer some sort of smart phone use instead of the print out, just my 2 cents.
