| Only saw one for a very short time. It was far away and barely broke the surface. |

| My husband and I had a great time on the boat. They were great about turning the boat so that every passenger had the opportunity to see the whales. They were also great about telling everyone about the whales and other sealife that was out there. A great trip for anyone. |

| The biologist was quite knowlegeable, the staff was nice, and we had a very good time. My husband becamje a bit seasick due to the large swells, but the rest of us had a very nice trip. I'd recommend it for families and singles. |

| Crew was very friendly and accomodating. We saw several whales, and some dolphins. We had an afternoon tour booked but was called and told that the weather forcast showed that the winds were going to be higher in the afternoon and that we would probably be able to enjoy the morning cruise more - we adjusted our schedule with their recommendation and had a great time. |

| I had a wonderful time, but most of the other passengers got sick. Suggest that when the water is choppy you not go out. I noticed that very few people left a tip. My husband & I feel that those who had a bad experience will never try it again. |

| We were fortunate enough to see a female hump-back whale with her calf and that alone made the trip very worthwhile. The information provided to us by the board-guide was both interesting and very well presented.
We thought the wait till we finally got going a bit long and we were well advised to take warm clothing with us as it was bitterly cold and windy.
I wouldn't hesitate in recommending your crusie but you do have to bear in mind that if you're not lucky, then all you're getting is a 2 1/2 hour trip round the bay. |

| The trip is worth taking . Seeing whales in the wild is exhilerating. Perhaps the brochure with closeups of jumping whales is misleading. Should portray what is to be expected, a few whales at a distance of a few hundred feet. |

Hit or miss

| The trip we took was during a clear beautiful (yet windy) day on the Bay. Due to that wind, there was a great amount of sea sickness going around of which I happened to fall. The entire trip was us following 2 humpback whales (a mother and her calf) that we found about 6 miles off shore.
The relatively few sightings we had with those pair were also the only sightings we had the entire trip so the adventure is definitely hit or miss but that's nature. If you're looking to see whales close up in beautiful serene waters, then I'd recommend watching the Discovery Channel.
The boat itself is relatively large and the captain tries to position the boat as best he can but the views are best from the front center of the boat. That way, you can look either port or starboard and see the sights.
Again, if you're looking to see natural life in their surroundings, I would recommend this to you. If you're looking for a show for entertainment, I'd recommend the Zoo or a nature show instead.

| We had a good trip. The winds were high and thus it was a pretty rough trip. One woman in our group got sea sick, but not too bad. The crew did a good job of caring for her.
Yes, we saw some whales.
