Smooth sailing, comfortable boat, we saw about 10 grey whales, sea lions, otters & birds, including a few albatrosses. Very enthusiastic informative naturalist (Catherine) and friendly crew. Good choice for adults and children. |

What a great bunch of folks! They called me at home when there was a schedule change, and were willing to accomidate the extra drive time my son and I needed to to get there. My son is three years old and we had a blast. The smile on his face, as we rode the swells of the Bay, was priceless. I would like to thank the crew and Benji for a great father and son day. We will be back! |

Booked a 4:00 trip in March which was cancelled as they needed 20 to go out. Need to go on the 10:00 or 1:00 trips. Looked like all the whale boats failed to go out on the late trips that day. |

The biologist on board was very energetic and knowledgable, and the 3 hour trip as a whole was a fun experience! I highly recommend Princess cruises! |

The tour guide/biologist/naturalist, Katherine (sp?), was great! Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic AND willing to answer any question. The boat ride was nice and the weather cleared up so the water became calm. Saw gray whales, sea otters and sea lions. My husband and I can't wait to go again in the near future!
Ordering tickets was easy and convenient. |

The Princess was docked on time, but we had to wait 40min to board, w/ out explanation. It appeared the reason was to sell more tickets (which were discounted by $9 from what we paid on Zerve).
There was a grad student that was informative announcer on board, and we saw 4-5 different pods of whales, and two tails come completely out of the water which was thrilling. |

As much as whale watching sounds nice it really wasn't but it was not to the fault of hte crew. Up front they tell you that it is hard to see whales but it would be nice if they told you that before you spent a ton of money on the tickets, its really false advertising when you go to the site and it says daily sightings... because its mostly just water and birds... the most we saw was spray. Now in my party there were 4 adults and 2 children and everyone except one of the adults got seasick. We all took dramamine and ate little breakfast... and it broke my heart to see the little ones spewing over the edge. Please wait until your children are old enough to decide if they want to do that... it really was heartbraking. And even if we hadn't thrown up on our own you are completly surrounded by people spewing like crazy... it makes you sick hearing it or seeing it and its tough to ignore. Like i said, the crew was very nice but it just isn't what you expect it to be. |

The tour was very successful we spotted several whales along with other marine animals. The biologist/guide was exceptional in teaching about the animals, but keeping it very entertaining. |

The anouncement was that the tour will be between 2.1/2 and 3 hours. it was only 2 hours and 15 minutes. From 1.35 PM to 3.50 PM.
When i raised this in the office they denied it. not a good service. |
