| I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Monterey for the first time or for someone just out to see nature in it's awesome slendor! We saw 7 humpback whales! The biologist who was our guide did a wonderful job and answered all of the passengers questions with enthusiasm - you could tell she really enjoyed her career! She was the most enthusiastic guide we have ever encountered on a guided tour. A wonderful adventure! |

| We had an amazing time out on the Bay. We saw 7 Humpback Whales within very close range to the boat. We got many tail views also. We even smelt one's breath! We also saw the seels and a huge sunfish. It was amazing and our host was awesome. She told us about everything since she was a marine biologist. She was extremely enthusiastic and made the trip an experience. I can't wait to go again! |

| They tried really hard, handled boat well. The fog came in and we could not really see anything. In spite of that briefly saw two humpbacks. Definitely heed the instructions about clothing. We rode a motorcycle in and had heavy leather jackets, gloves, etc. and still froze. The Pacific is beautiful, but cold! Don't be the guy in a t-shirt, hiding in the lounge! |

| We were able to see 2 Humpback whales on our cruise, which was great considering the lack of visibility. If I were to make any suggestions it would be that the operators of the cruise warn people that are about to board the ship of two things:
1/ Although it may be shorts and t-shirt weather on the wharf, miles out at sea it's probably a different story. People should be warned against their ignorance about this issue and they should be instructed to come again when they have a jacket. I saw some very cold and miserable people on the cruise.
2/ Guests were basically told that if they had to vomit to do it off the back of the boat. I think some basic instruction on how not to get sick in the first place might be warranted.....like, don't hang out in the cabin of the boat--stay on deck!! However, #1 above may have had something to do with why people were in the cabin.
So, my review is really for other people--i myself did not get sick because I knew what to do, and what not to do.

| It was thrilling to watch huge whales go up and down the water, some times in pairs. 1 hr ride deep into the sea itself was very exciting. |

| It was and over cast day , the waters were fairly calm. Our trip had been cancelled the day before due to high winds and rougher waters, They rescheduled us to the following morning, nice and easy. So, we go out and get to see all the seals and sea lions up close . what was really cool was the randomly, floating, sleeping otter. Then we get a little farther out and we start seeing the spouting water and we get a little closer and their they are, beautiful, huge, big hump back Whales!!!!! We saw 20 or so that day, in pods of about 5 or 6. Picture perfect absolutely gorgeous. Hope to do it again someday, Thank You
Also, The crew, the owner, and especially the commentater on the trip were all amazing and very informative.
It was myself and my fifteen year old son on the trip and it was our hilite of Monterey.

| Our guide was awesome! She keep the group going even though it was raining. We were able to see many different types of sea life and she explained each of them. The crew were also caring and helpful and made the trip enjoyable. |
