	My husband and I had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect and the biologist did a superb job in describing all the sea life we encountered and some we didn't. We did see 6 whales, otters, dolphins and jellyfish. Good day.

	I have always wanted to take my grand children....2 girls 6 and 8 and 1 boy age 3 on a whale watching excursion. We had a great time on this trip. We saw at least 7 different whales over the 2 1/2 hr. trip. The 8 year old was the most enthusiastic of the group , while the 3 yr. old was asleep in my arms, the 8 yr. old was at the rails with the binoculars focused on the blows in the distance followed by the 50 ft. long whales surfacing and then flipping their tales as they dove into the deep blue. It was a great experience and we will do it again.

	This was an interesting and exciting look at gray whales. I found it to be quite informative. The staff was euthusiastic and friendly.

	We did get to see 7 whales over-all - there was plenty of room on the boat for all to see - and definitly where layers - it was warm on shore but cool out in the bay - everyone loved it.

	We had a great time and saw four whales. The tour guide was informative. We did have some motion sickness but were still glad to have had the experience. Purchasing tickets, finding the boat, checking in was all very simple. I recommend this activity.

	As promised, we were able to view whales, dolophins, sea otters and sea lions! It was excellent. Dress warm.

	We did not see whales but we did see seals and sea otters. The crew did everything possible to make the trip a good experience. The ocean was very rough the day we went. There were swells between 8 and 10 feet . We still enjoyed the experience. We were very impressed when we were given a voucher to return for a free trip anytime in the future. This speaks volumes for the company.

	WE WHERE ON THE BOAT FOR THREE HOURS AND DIDNT SEE A SINGLE THING BUT ONE SEA LION I WAS NOT VERY IMPRESSED AT ALL THEY OFFERED A RAIN CHECK BUT IF YOUR PASSING THROUGH YOU DONT HAVE TIME TO WASTE ANOTHER 3 HOURS FOR THE MAYBE POSSIBILITY TO SEE A WHALE OR ANY KIND OF MARINE LIFE NOT IMPRESSED WOULDNT RECOMMEND IT

	Very professionally done and encountered lots of whales. Unfortunately, we weren't prepared for such rough seas and 4 out of 5 of our party were seasick the whole time. No fault of the seller's, though.

	we ordered tickets online for a whale watching tour. when we arrive the sea was too rough for that tour, but we were offered a free 45min ride and a open-date ticket for another whale watching tour. Great service, we enjoyed it very much.

	It was our one year anniversary and we thought it sounded like a cute fun thing to do. We drove three hours to monterey from our home town and when we got there they informed us that it was cancelled due to "rough waters". They never emailed me to let me know it was cancelled. They have my number and never called. We drove all the way there for no reason and that could have been avoided. They were resistant to refund my money and kept trying to get us to buy tickets to something else. Very caniving people.

	We were unable to go whale watching due to high winds, but the service we were give was wonderful. We were given the option of a rain check or money back, and chose the rain check. We were then given a free bay tour so we at least got to go out on the water. We can't wait to return for our complete cruise.

	MontereyWW should have cancelled the trip. It was windy and very cold. We did not see any whale. The water was so choppy, most people on the boat were getting seasick. Perhaps we'll try again on summer.

	I thought the "jokes" the naturalist said were inexcusable. To say that she will just make up stuff if she doesn't know the answer is not acceptable. She only talked 2 times for 10 minutes each the whole trip and was never on the lower deck interacting with customers like she should have been. The entire trip was a farce. It was only done for the all mighty dollar. The 12 foot swells were huge and it was irresponsible to take people out with the swells we were in. The trip should have been cancelled. I saw more wildlife walking around the piers and harbor for 2 hours than I did on the boat. The crew was lazy and worthless. One guy stood in the food ally eating popcorn for 1/2 the trip. The guy that went on both the AM and PM trips was no better just hanging out in the galley. I had to go tell them that people were barffing all over the inside and the only response I got was we can't do anything about it. After I demanded it be cleaned up, it was mopped up with paper towels. There were people barfing on the side of the boat and with the right wind it could have gone right in the face of other guests. You need a crew that is actively talking with and interacting with the customers. This never happened. People need to be told to go to the back of the boat. Instead you have people barfing over the rail then going inside to barf again!! And then, of the 2 1/2 hour trip we spent over 45 minutes sitting in the harbor - not looking for whales. The trip should have been cancelled but instead it was a harbor cruise/sit for 1/2 the time. And to go pick up crew on the 2nd boat is not something we should have to do. The people on that 2nd boat got less time on the water than we did since we had to drop off the crew to get the boat and then pick up the crew after they dropped off the customers. I have been on boats my entire life and this was the worse trip I have ever been on and would never recommed it to anyone.
