| The trip we went on was on October 25, 2009 and because the seas were so rough, some passengers got seasick. I know that seasickness doesn't happen to all but a warning should be posted BEFORE boarding that the seas are rough so that patrons can decide whether to go or not. I think that the captains of the boats know when the seas are rough (I would hope the captains hired are experienced enough to know the sea) and should think of the passengers' well being before setting sail. By the way, we saw one whale at the tail end of the trip (3 hours of agony) and it was so far away because of the sea swells, that I can't really call the experience "whale watching." Think before you reserve your seat(s) on this one! | ||||||

| The cruise was terrific -- and your kept your promise by finding us whales to watch -- humpback whales. The captain also went out of his way to find a large group of dolphins to play in our bow-wave, which was wonderful to see. A perfect day -- thanks so much. | ||||||

| You must do this at least once in your life! i was very nervous but wanted to see the whales so bad! We had such a good time, we plan to do it again soon. This boat was the biggest in the harbor so I chose it in hopes of a smoother ride and boy was I glad! It was foggy and cold in the morning but I understand this is usually when the water is generally calmer. A little rough going out but soon calmed. Bundle up! The wind and the ocean spray are quite chilly! A warm jacket and something over your ears is well worth the investment. We saw two blue whales, quite rare, and several others. I am a nurse and recommend Meclizine for motion sickness before you board, just in case. No one got sick on our tour and everyone had a great time. Crew very knowledgeable and I felt very safe. The seating arrangement on this boat is also a plus as you can stand near the rail, sit down when tired or go inside if you get cold. This was certainly a highlight of our trip and we will be back!! Loved this tour! Also, booking with Zerve was new to me and it all went smoothly. | ||||||

| EXPERIENCING A WHALE WATCHING EXCURSION WAS A LIFE LONG GOAL FOR ME AND I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO FULFILL MY DREAM. WE BOTH ENJOYED OUR TRIP ON THE PRINCESS MONTEREY. THE TOUR GUIDE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND HELPFUL TO GUIDE AND INFORM US WHEN THERE WERE SITINGS TO OBSERVE. WE FEEL THAT WE WERE EXTREMELY FORTUNATE TO HAVE HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE SO MANY WHALES, DOLPHINS AND SEVERAL OTHER TYPES OF MAMMALS, BIRDS , JELLY FISH ETC. MOTHER NATURE GAVE US A GREAT SHOW! WE CAME HOME AND BRAGGED TO ALL OUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY ABOUT OUR WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE AND SHOWED OFF ALL THE GREAT PICTURES THAT WERE CAPTURED ON OUR TRIP AND NOW THEY ALL WANT TO JOIN US FOR OUR NEXT WHALE WATCHING TRIP. WE WILL DEFINATELY PLAN FOR ANOTHER TRIP MAYBE IN THE SPRINGTIME SO THAT WE CAN SEE OTHER TYPES OF WILDLIFE THAT MIGRATE DURING THIS TIME PERIOD. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE | ||||||

| The experience was fantastic...the people who ran the boat were very friendly and helpful, the whale watching was unbelievable. My wife and I have never enjoyed ourselves more; I would highly recommend the The Princess Monterey Whale Watching company, the boat's Captian did everything he could to get us as close to the whales as posible. We would like to thank them again for an enjoyable experience. | ||||||

| I had never thought, but is it like a film. The dolphins play and swim with the boat around the bet. I did not believe that we see wahle, but we saw swveral. I was enthusiastic. | ||||||

| Nice boat. Nice people. Not a nice trip. Takes a long time to get out to the open ocean (about 45 minutes) . We got sick as did a lot of people. No whales. Just a pod of dolphins. Wouldn't do it again. | ||||||

| Was a foggy ride out of the bay but it cleared up and we saw multiple dolphins and two humpbacks. Nice crew and great info given on the tour. It was my first time whale watching and I enjoyed it very much. So from a first time visitor, I would recommend this company to anyone undecided. | ||||||
