Scenic Movie Tour of Monterey

This was almost two tours! We had continual commentary on what was around, out the window. Plus the many, many movie scenes from Monterey showed on the bus monitors! Very interesting. We really liked it and do recommend to others, even if you aren't a movie buff.

We only had one day in Monterey, and found this trip highly recommended through trip advisor. Absolutely fantastic, great fun, full of interesting film clips and stops on the way. The Pebble Beach golf club was truly stunning and a highlight for my husband a golf fan. If you go to Monterey don,t miss this trip.

Great driver,(owner) of company. Very knowledgeable in regard to the films and sites. Some film clips hard to see on monitors as well as being quite short.

This was a very enjoyable 3 hours. Doug is very knowledgeable about the movies and the locales as well as some of the local celebs. He does a great job, has a nice voice and personality. It was fun to see the sights without having to do the driving ourselves. I would definitely recommend this tour for anyone.

My husband and I took this tour while on our honeymoon in Monterey. We saw sights and learned things we wouldn't have otherwise. The tour guide and owner was very entertaining, personable and knowledgable. The bus was very comfortable and clean. It was nice to be on a bus so both of us got to see the sights without the stress of driving involved. The 3 scheduled stops were great and allowed us to take pictures. We both highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area!!

I enjoyed the trip very much and the owner is full of great knowledge about the area. & movies. The bus is very clean and comfortable and the TV monitors are a brilliant idea. But, if I could talk to you as a friend, I would suggest your material has to be updated if you are looking for more people to sign up. Us old people remember the movies and actors you refer to, but the younger set would have no idea what who you are talking about. I loved your theme music from a "Summer place", but would anyone under 30 even know it? I think you have a brilliant idea here, but just needs an update. You should definately copywrite the idea and put buses in other tourist places (like Sedona). My last suggestion is that there is not time to take pictures and that's a BIG thing for tourists. I know you have a schedule and it's not always possible for you to pull over or stop. I appreciate that you didn't cancel the tour even tho.. there was only 4 or 5 of us. I can tell you are a man of great integrity and I'd love to see your tours become a major success.

My Husband and I had never been to the Carmel, Monterey area and this was a wonderful way to see the beautiful and interesting movie location sights without us having to drive. Doug was an excellent host & driver, we would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area.

This tour is expensive for what it offers. We paid 55 $ per person and did not find it worth it. We live 100 miles north of Monterey and we are familiar with general high costs in this area. Even then for what is being offered 55 $ is too high. Also this tour suits the 50+ age group better as the movies referred to on the tour are from yesteryear.

This is definitely a "must see and experience" tour. The scenery is breathtaking, the movie clips are very entertaining, and the narration is absolutely fascinating. A memory that will linger long after the trip is over! Thank you!

A great way to spend an afternoon with friends and experience the whole area. This was my second tour and loved it just as much the second time around.
