| My husband and I planned a weekend trip to Chicago and someone had suggested the sagway architectural tour. We enjoyed learning how to operate the sagways and enjoyed seeing the tour, but the "tour guide" information wasn't all that interesting. I thought they'd be telling us more about the actual architecture of some of the buildings in Chicago, but she mainly discussed the past and "local" things and not being from Chicaog, we didn't get all that much out of that aspect of the tour - Although did enjoy seeing the different landmarks. We were a little disappointed that we didn't get to get a little closer to some of the landmarks or given much time to take pictures - tour guide never "offered" to take group pictures either which was disappointing.
*The tour was 2 hours long and you are standing on your feet the entire time, even though you're moving on the sagway, your feet and legs do tend to get tired and hurt. My heels really seemed to bother me. WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES! |

| My boyfriend and I had a great time tooling around on our Segways and learning more about Chicago architecture. It was a beautiful day, albeit a little chilly, and the views of the city were amazing. It was also fun to glide past all the gawking pedestrians like 1960's TV aliens. Most people were intrigued and asked if we were having fun. The answer was always "yes." I only wish we had gone to Millennium Park as well.

| The Segway experience was lots of fun, a unique activity. Instruction was excellent, quick and thorough. Combining this with Chicago's waterfront made it an over-the-top adventure. Our Architectural Foundation guide did a fine job of imparting facts, stories, and feelings. Great job. |

| Riding a Segway is the highlight. The interesting bits about Grant Park and the Museum Campus are simply a bonus. Recommend for any age, whether local or visiting. Great fun! |

| First time riding a Segway for my wife and I...manic fun! Never knew Segways were so enjoyable. So the Segway part of the tour was tremendous. However, the architectural tour, while great, was not as exceptional as I had hoped. I've been on a Wendella Boat Architectural Tour that was truly fascinating and was hoping this would be similar. Don't get me wrong, the architectural tour was enjoyable...just not exceptionally enjoyable as the Wendella Boat tour. There were fewer facts (e.g., docent didn't mention that the Buckingham Fountain was controlled in Atlanta until 1995 until I asked about it) than I was expecting, and only one photo opportunity. It would have been nice to have more photo opportunities. Also, the time actually touring seemed a bit short (we seemed to start late but still ended at the same time).
My wife wasn't really looking forward to the tour but when we started doing the tour, she did a 180 and was a big fan. She really loved the ride and the tour, and as a date, it's pretty cool b/c it's so unique...definitely something she'll remember for quite a while.
Overall, I recommend the tour if you like architecture. If you're not into Chicago architecture, just do the regular tour. But either way, the Segway riding part of the tour is the best part and worth paying for the tour alone. |

| The Segway experience is a great way to get otherwise reluctant teens to "play tourist." That was great and I'd recommend it to anyone. Our docent was very nice but didn't have much information to provide. She was constantly looking at her notes (or trying to find her notes) and, in the end, was little more than a traffic cop. I would have liked someone more knowledgeable guiding the tour. |

| The guides are patient and knowledgable. Even in the rain we had the best time. It's a great way to see the city. |

| After having seen people glide effortlessly on Segways, my daughters, granddaughter and I looked forward to enjoying the same fun experience in Chicago. The entire tour was delightfully entertaining, informative and well-organized. The thirty-minute training session enabled us to ride out in confidence and pleasure to the beautiful environs of parks, museums and other interesting places. Even in the rain, our docent and tour guide led us on an incredibly enjoyable experience. Seeing the beauty and enjoying the gorgeous sights of Lake Michigan while gliding along on a Segway was one of the highlights of our visit to Chicago. I highly recommend the tour for locals and tourists. |

| It was wonderful to tour so much of the museum campus area. We could never have covered that much ground on foot, and if we had been on a bus, we could not have seen so many things up front.
The Segway instruction was great, and the machines were incredibly easy to use- they became extensions of our bodies. |

| You couldn't have asked for a better day to have the tour. I thought it was great that there was a practice area where a couple groups could get oriented with the segways. Because of the Taste, there was some disorganization as to where we could and couldn't go. The museum campus was nice, but it was too bad we couldn't go any more north of Jackson. The architecture guide, Stan, was knowledgeable on the buildings. He didn't talk much about any of the other buildings outside of michigan avenue or east randolph which was fine, but Chicago has so much more architecture to offer than just that. We made it down early, but there was no Walgreens nearby that we could find. One suggestion... I was surprised when the guide said he didn't have any sunscreen in his first-aid kit. |
