| We had a ball riding on the segways although the speed limiter was frustrating at times. The route for our architectural tour was exactly what we were looking for. The part that was only okay was the fact that our docent didn't realize that we were local and therefore new much of what she was telling us. On top of that she read from notes much of the time while we were in the museum campus area and that took away from it all. Her knowledge of the buildings/statues on Michigan Avenue was high. |

| Dave, (guide), and Jeff, (Segway instructor), were great. Dave gave just enough architecture information to make things interesting but not boring. The route was easy to navigate and you could look around and enjoy the city. Chicago is the perfect city for this type of tour because it's flat and the sidewalks and park paths are very generous. I could have toured all day. It was an excellent addition to our trip. |

| My husband and I planned a weekend trip to Chicago and someone had suggested the sagway architectural tour. We enjoyed learning how to operate the sagways and enjoyed seeing the tour, but the "tour guide" information wasn't all that interesting. I thought they'd be telling us more about the actual architecture of some of the buildings in Chicago, but she mainly discussed the past and "local" things and not being from Chicaog, we didn't get all that much out of that aspect of the tour - Although did enjoy seeing the different landmarks. We were a little disappointed that we didn't get to get a little closer to some of the landmarks or given much time to take pictures - tour guide never "offered" to take group pictures either which was disappointing.
*The tour was 2 hours long and you are standing on your feet the entire time, even though you're moving on the sagway, your feet and legs do tend to get tired and hurt. My heels really seemed to bother me. WEAR COMFORTABLE SHOES! |

| The Zerve staff was friendly and efficient and the docent from the Chicago Architecture Foundation made the experience interesting. I grew up in Chicago, but she had lots of little stories I had never heard before. And the Segway's were a blast. |

| We enjoyed the tour very much. The training beforehand was good, and we were happy that our trainer, Steve, was with us on the entire tour to continue to add pointers about riding the segways. The CAF docent, Maurice, was also excellent and gave us a great deal of information about the city. We had some interesting views of the city and gained a new appreciation for the Chicago lakefront.
The fact that we would be standing for the whole tour did not "register" with us and we were very tired by the end, but it was an experience that we would not have missed. |

| This felt like a perfect area to use a Segway. It was easier to ride than I thought, very intuitive with the right encouragement. I found the staff to be pleasant , professional and relaxed. I was surprised how fast we could travel great distances that on foot would have been a struggle. It was fun to feel the wind on your face and to have freedom to ride with only one hand or even no hands sometimes. I was glad to have a strudy pouch to carry valuables and rain gear...I worried about having to leave stuff behind.
The architectural part was interesting and just he perfect mix of fast touring and stopping for information and phots ops. I found both tour guides very knowledgeable with an understated charisma which quickly gave us a sense of warm friendship.
This excursion exceeded our high expectations. Such a good value for the money.
I would take it again and I hope to bring the whole family next time. |

| My husband and I were in Chicago for a wedding and found time to take the segway tour. The staff was great--very attentive! We would definitely do it again. |
