| My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and informative on many of the landmarks seen on the tour. He was also very patience on instructing us on how to use the Segways, given this was our first time.
We would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone. |

| We planned this activity as a surprise for a friend turning 50. Four of us (50 plus) and one 22 yr. old cruised the streets of Chicago with Dereck (tour guide). We chose the new tour offered that took us to Lincoln Park , the Gold Coast, beaches and I am sure more areas than I can remember. Despite the rain we had a very pleasant and fun trip Before we were midway through the tour we all felt more than comfortable and were cruising along with out any problems. At one point an older woman (70s) stopped us to talk about our tour ,she had been on the segway tours twice already with her grandchildren. Anyone can do this and should. |

| From start to finish....the tour experience on a segway was absolutely a blast! Segway training from staff was informative and simple. Our tourguide Josiah was pleasant and highly informative on all areas of the tour. I was born and raised in Chicago, but did not have the history and knowledge of the areas we toured. Josiah's guide was outstanding and very detailed. Our group had a great time and highly recommend this experience to all. Would do other segway tours again! Job well done Josiah! |

| Although some in our group were experienced and others were just beginners, we all had a great time. The staff of My Segway Experience are friendly and take their time to teach you to ride the segway. They are as much concerned with keeping you safe as they are with making sure you have fun. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, although I do recommend the Park Glide Tour over the Navy Pier tour, as there is much more to see.
I will definitely recommend a Segway tour of any sort to all my friends. Have a blast while seeing the city! |

| The experience is worth the two hours. The instructions were great and the safety instruction was a neccesity. Ed was a great guide and the group of 8 was perfect.

| I have had Segway tours in Paris, Washington and Montreal (although Montreal is very restrictive as to where you can go with a Segway). The experience should not be missed in any city where Segways are available. It is a very efficient and very fun way to see parts of a city.
This particular tour was not as good as it could have been because the guide was not as knowledgeable as he should have been; however, that is true of almost all tours. The great thing about a Segway tour is that lack of expertise is not fatal to enjoyment of the event, because the Segway itself provides a great experience. |

| guide was very personable, knowledgeable, we did teach him a few things, we were in our own neighborhood of 40 years, just wanted to try out a segway. |

| My husband took 16 year old son and 4 friends for his birthday and they had a fantastic time. LOVED handling the Segways and being downtown. They were less interested in some of the historical facts but my husband enjoyed that.
Our whole family has done the DT Chicago tour and recommended it to lots of people who also had a ton of fun. |
