| This is a great family activity with older (definitely above the age of 12) kids. It would also be a fun date activity, if your date is not particularly self-conscious about their hair. Our tour guide was enthusiastic and full of information and anecdotes about the city. I tended to stay in the back of the pack because I wanted to snap pictures along the way, so I missed a lot of what he was saying - maybe a bullhorn or little microphones in the helmets would be helpful when the group is traveling in single file. Riding? a segway is a fantastic way to see the city from a bicyclist's perspective without the grueling task of pedaling up hills and across rough terrain (grassy areas). This is definitely on our list to do again when we are back in town. |

| Our guide (Ed) really knew his stuff. He knew exactly how to describe the way to
master the Segway. He provided us with a lot of insight and made the experience
very enjoyable.
We will do it again when we travel to Chicago. |

| I have always wanted to try the Segway since the day it came out on Television, so when I saw the trip advertised in the Travel section of the newspaper, I had to give it a 'shot'.
It was very easy to book thru Zerve and they provided all the info we needed.
The weather was perfect for our trip, and we started out at Navy Pier. My friend and I were the oldest ones in the group, but Omar, our guide was very attentive, and knew where we were at all times!! We were quite intimidated at first, in fact my friend said to me quietly.."So, do you have any more good ideas??" But with some help from our guide, we did fine and enjoyed the trip immensely. We saw parts of the City we would have missed, as we went all the way down the beach front (quite close to the water), thru the parks recently damaged by the tornado, down Astor Street, and past the Duke Hotel and the Magnificent Mile.
We would most definately go again if we have the opportunity. |

| It took my friend (the boys' mom) and myself much longer to get the hang of it but we all thought it was fun (if initially scary for the "old ladies" of the group). We all really enjoyed the ride along the lakefront, through Lincoln Park and up Astor Street. The tour leader was patient, helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend it for the adventuresome and especially for teenage boys. It's a great way to see parts of the city that you might otherwise miss. |

| When looking for something to do in the city....take a couple of hours and do the Navy Pier Segway Tour. Jeff was awesome and we had a great time...The weather wasn't the greatest.....little rain for an hour or so..but Jeff had rain ponchos for us and we were fine. So when they tell you rain or shine...its the truth...We went on a monday morning and there were seven people in our group. The best part of the tour was driving down Aster Place...absolutely incredible...make sure your tour guide takes you there. |

| We had our 14 year old son with us and wanted to do something fun and different. He just loved the segway. He didn't want the tour to end and asked if we could do it again the following day. We had a wonderful instructor and we all knew how to control the segway in 5-10 minutes. Recommend this tour for anyone who wants to see Chicago in a fun way. |

| I loved our Navy Pier tour. My husband and I took my son for his 19th birthday and we all enjoyed the tour. We got the hang of the Segway pretty quickly! I can't think of a more beautiful place to use it! Alex our guide was great! I heartily recommend it.

| My daughter and I couldn't have had more fun on her 39th birthday! Our group consisted of her, me and a group of six men. Alex (the tour guide) was very supportive in our 30 min training. We didn't leave until all of us were comfortable on the segways. It was great fun. The tour was informative (though that's not why I took it). On a beautiful lake front day in Chicago, this is the best way to see it. I plan to take the architectural tour before the summer ends. |
