| The segways were a blast and quite hilarious to ride. I really enjoyed how much of the city we were able to see, out in the open air, in such a short amount of time. The information provided by the tour guide left a little to be desired, but the sites and areas we saw were great and (especially without the speed regulator) the segways were a lot of fun! |

| My friend and I have been talking about riding segways for a while now, so for his birthday I surprised him with a tour. Because we're from Chicago, I chose the Navy Pier tour instead of the Museum Campus tour. We booked for a Monday evening, so we had the tour all to ourselves. Our guide was great and was happy to adjust our itinerary to our interests. We covered a lot of ground and even made it down to Buckingham Fountain before our 2 hours were up. I would highly recommend it! |

| I was a little worried about trying the Segway at our age (59 and husband 62) but we really enjoyed it and would do it again. It was a fun way to experience Chicago. We go once a year so this was something different to do. I had read some comments on the Internet before we signed up so was a little concerned about my ability to balance on the Segway but it's really not about balance, just a matter of paying attention to turning and heel and toe action mostly. We loved the guides and they were great at making sure we were comfortable with the Segway before taking off on them. Great fun and we would recommend it to anyone and would certainly go again to see a different area of Chicago. |

| The Navy Pier Segway tour was fantastic! Although we were a little anxious to learn to ride a segway, our guide gave one-on-one training. With his simple instructions, learning to ride the segway was quick and easy.
Our guide was terrific!!!!! He was very mindful of our safety and the safety of those around us; and enthusiastically shared many fascinating facts about Chicago along the way.
Whether you are new to Chicago or have lived in Chicago for a while, this tour is a must. We look forward to taking this tour again. |

| Our family thoroughly enjoyed our tour of Chicago on Segways. It was certainly a non-traditional and fun way to see the city. Our tour guide, Jeff, was excellent. Even our 12 year old daughter, who was skeptical and nervous initially, had a great time after some patient coaching by Jeff along the initial part of route. |
