| We have been wanting to try a Segway since they first came out so we signed up with the Navy Pier tour when we saw it the day before a day trip to Chicago. The guide provided quick and direct lessons to get us safe, comfortable and relaxed on the Segway in a short time. After that, the route started out appropriate for new riders and provided a stop to check everyone's comfort level. We then proceeded to Lincoln Park and returned through the Gold Coast neighborhood.
The Segway provided a new vantage point on the city that covered a lot of distance in a short time but not from the road. Ed was a capable and gracious tour guide that added to the wonderful experience. After two hours, we hated to get off!

Best Way to See Chicago Lakefront

| This was one of the best things I have ever done while visiting another city. It was the best way to see the lakefront area of Chicago, and well worth the cost. The tour guide was great; the segway came naturally after a few minutes; and, except for the fact that my hands and feet were freezing by the end, it ended much too soon. Warning: bring gloves and wear socks, and dress warmly, even though it was mid-May. The wind off Lake Michigan can cut right through you -- and your fingers and toes! |

| This tour was perfect for my cousin and I, in town only for a short period of time, because it allowed us to glide through parts of the city that we wouldn't have had time to see if we were only covering areas on foot. The segway is so easy to use - my cousin, who had never used a segway, learned easily in under 10 minutes! Our tour guide was friendly and was a fountain of Chicago stories and facts relevant to all parts of the tour. He knew all the good photo op spots and pointed out all the goodies along the way. My only regret is that I didn't have time to do any other segway tours. |

| Mike and Xavier were very personable and offered answers to very question. They displayed professionalism and enthusiasm from the greeting to the thanks for choosing us. The ride along the lakefront and through Lincoln Park was beautiful and Xavier did an fantastic job explaining the mechanics of manvuering the trails.
I would recommend this adventure to anyone who wants to see Chicago or wants to experience a ride on a Segway. It's an experience I will not forget. I am anxious to explore the other Segway tours offered by this group!
Xavier is also quite knowledgeable about Chicago, the sites and places of interest! |

| What fun! Derek was our tour guide and he was absolutely great! :) Highly recommend this activity, it is WELL worth the price! Since we were in Chicago for such a short time, there is no way we would have been able to see all that we did on the segway tour without going on it! Simply awesome, can't wait to do another! |

| My husband and I celebrated our 27th Wedding Anniversary in Chicago and I surprised him with this tour. It was fabulous, We had a great time even despite the cold. Our guide, Eric, was fantastic and took our group on a great ride. We will definitely do this again. |

| The tour was great with Jeff being a great tour guide. A lot of fun! The Segways were great. I have done another Segway tour before and this tour had the newest models which in my opinion are a lot better.
Highly recommended!!! |

| I had a very bad experience on the Segway tour. I had a defective segway which resulted in a bad fall and almost a second fall. My segway was swapped with tour guides segway after he advised the home base that it was not an operator error, he was getting an error reading on the segway. This could have been a very serious accident. Being that everyone in the group had never been a on segway before, the tour route should have been on more even ground. |
