| The experience is worth the two hours. The instructions were great and the safety instruction was a neccesity. Ed was a great guide and the group of 8 was perfect.

| I had been wanting to do a Segway tour somewhere for quite a while. Timing worked out that I could do it in Chicago. It was a good choice - Derek (the tour guide) is knowledgeable, fun, thoughtful, and attentive. He showed us the things we expected, and a few we didn't (that's good :) ).
The equipment was in good shape, the service was excellent, and the whole experience was a pleasure. |

| Although I took the Chicago Park Segway tour in 2007 and thoroughly enjoyed myself, the Navy Pier tour was even better! Starting out, the Navy Pier tour had less street crossings, curb cuts, and busy streets to navigate through and around, than the Park tour, making it easier for a beginner to get acquainted with the Segway. Our tour guide, Derek, allowed all of us to use the faster speed "key," which was fun to use in and around Lincoln Park where there were more straight-aways and less people on the paths. In the 2007 Park tour, only a few riders were allowed to try out the fast mode. |

| This was one of the best things I have ever done while visiting another city. It was the best way to see the lakefront area of Chicago, and well worth the cost. The tour guide was great; the segway came naturally after a few minutes; and, except for the fact that my hands and feet were freezing by the end, it ended much too soon. Warning: bring gloves and wear socks, and dress warmly, even though it was mid-May. The wind off Lake Michigan can cut right through you -- and your fingers and toes! |

| The Segway tour was a lot of fun. The operators were very helpful in teaching us how to ride on a Segway. The tour was fun and a great sightseeing opportunity. |

| Although some in our group were experienced and others were just beginners, we all had a great time. The staff of My Segway Experience are friendly and take their time to teach you to ride the segway. They are as much concerned with keeping you safe as they are with making sure you have fun. The tour guide was very knowledgeable, although I do recommend the Park Glide Tour over the Navy Pier tour, as there is much more to see.
I will definitely recommend a Segway tour of any sort to all my friends. Have a blast while seeing the city! |

| My husband took 16 year old son and 4 friends for his birthday and they had a fantastic time. LOVED handling the Segways and being downtown. They were less interested in some of the historical facts but my husband enjoyed that.
Our whole family has done the DT Chicago tour and recommended it to lots of people who also had a ton of fun. |

| The segways were a blast and quite hilarious to ride. I really enjoyed how much of the city we were able to see, out in the open air, in such a short amount of time. The information provided by the tour guide left a little to be desired, but the sites and areas we saw were great and (especially without the speed regulator) the segways were a lot of fun! |

| I decided to go on this tour with a bit of fear and trepidation. No worries. The staff was professional, safety conscious, and very customer service oriented. And after about 20 minutes, I got quite comfortable operating the Segway.
Views of Chicago skyline, lakefront and Lincoln Park were breathtaking. |
