| We got close to some belly laughs a few times. We thoroughy enjoyed this activity. We will definately do this again. We smiled the entire time. Derrick our guide was extremely pleasant and knowledgable about Chicago. |

| The Segway tour is quite fun. We took the Chicago Experience tour and it was through Grant Park and museum campus; it was more about the riding experience than the sights. Next time I would try the architecture tour. The Segway was great though, I want one! |

| We loved the segway tour - it was a new experience, they were fun to ride and we saw some of our favorite parts of Chicago.
A few suggestions though..... the training film was a waste of time and the live training took longer than was needed. So easy to ride and manuever that very little training is actually needed. And we all felt the machines were too slow. We all wanted to go just a little faster. |

| The experience of riding the Segway makes it totally worthwhile and something that I would do again. It was a ton of fun. Can't say I remember much of the factual information but that might be because I live in Chicago and take the sights for granted. |

| Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Learning was really easy … just like they say. The Segways are incredible machines that do all of the work. Truly anyone can do it. And the two hour tour down to the Planetarium and back was the perfect length of time. I’ll be back |

| The segways were easy to guide after a short bit of instruction. The guide was great. The views of the city were fantastic. |
