I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to stay on the Segway, but it was very easy and I had a wonderful time. Dave the tour guide was the best. We had a ball and really enjoyed the day. I wish it could of been a 1/2 day tour instead of just 2 hours. I'm going to look for one to rent by my home.

The tour was GREAT. The segway experience was fantastic. Would do it again in a minute. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.

My parents (72 and 79 years old) were in town and they were game to try the Segway Experience ... and we had a blast! Jonathan was a super nice and knowledgeable guide, and after a short training session, we were zipping around Grant Park, Museum Campus and the Lake Front. I can whole-heartedly recommend the Segway Experience ... if my folks who are great-grandparents can do it, you can do it!

It was awesome - very fun activity for teenagers with their parents. It's hard to find things that appeal to teenagers, esp. boys and this was a perfect thing to do with our 14 year old son. Easy to learn and fun to do!

A fun tour. Easy to ride after only a few minutes of training. Tour guide Mike, a local college student, was funny and informative, stopping at the Buckingham Fountain for photos and near the Natural History Museum for a brief review of the city skyline and some local history. This was a nice overview of the area and worth taking the time to do.

My husband, sister and I all loved riding the segways. My sister and I were both a little scared at first but later agreed that by about midway through we felt like the segways were a part of our bodies. They moved so easily with gentle leaning forward and back! My husband was not that interested in joining us but confessed (as always) that like my sister and I he had a delightful time breathing the fresh lake air, seeing the skyline, flora and lake and hearing the historical comments by Derek. Thank you for a lovely tour.

Never been on a Segway before, but it only took a few minutes to get the hang of it. Quite an amazing machine. Guide was very personable. Only problem was that although we covered about eight miles in two hours, the guide didn't really stop and describe or explain the things we were seeing. That was too bad. But fun experience none the less.

The route is great - taking you all over Grant Park, from the lakefront over to Soldier Field. And while I'm a local, I saw things I hadn't seen before. Our guide, Derrick, was fun, knowledgeable and very patient teaching us Segway newbies. I highly recommend this tour - for locals and visitors alike. And be sure to bring your inner child - the Segway's are so much fun.
