The experience was great (thanks Kristen)! Being on the Segway definitely imbues you with a "coolest kid on the block" feeling, as kids point and tourists take photos and video, as you glide on by.

Highly recommend this for friends and family! An average level of balance/coordination makes this a really fun family or group outing. Of the 2 hours spent, 30 minutes were on admin and checkout procedures with the remaining time having a blast scooting around town. The sights of Chicago, good weather and great instructor/guide added to the event. The only thing that would make this a better experience would be to lengthen it to say a true 3 hour riding event with a lunch or snack break in the middle. Possibly offering both south and north tours together with the break in between would work. The cost and feasibility of owning your own Segway are closer than you realize! A "do again" for our family!

Touring parts of Chicago on a Segway added the icing on the cake of our vacation fun and raving about it afterwards became our vacation-conversation joke. With my group of no-reservations companions, it was an absolute blast. Learning it was easy and our cute little, well informed guide added to the fun. I plan to do this again next chance I get. I'm already mapping out my next Segway-City.

We (ages ranged 21-54) had a great time! The staff was knowledgable and helpful. The vehicles were easy to learn and maneuver. We were touring on the Segways a minimum of 2 hours. We had a full 15-20 minutes instruction which did not reduce our outing at all. We were fully comfortable and secure with no difficulty or timidity. Highly recommended! As an aside, be certain to wear comfortable shoes; although the vehicles do all the work, you will be standing for greater than two hours.

The Segway tour was great. It was a fun way to sightsee. The tour guide was nice and had a lot of information about the sights we visited, as well as odd facts that were interesting. I would highly recommend it to friends visiting Chicago.

Being new travelers to Chicago, we didn't have our bearings on the layout or what to do when. This activity was awesome. Our guide was very knowledgeable, helpful and wanted the tour to fit what we wanted it to be. Not ever being on a Segway before, it was very easy to get the hang of and as the week progressed in Chicago, we wished for a Segway all the time...We had a blast!!!

| I took my out of town visitors for a Segway tour of Chicago and it was a blast! It was a perfect combination of fun (the Segway is really easy to ride, but you feel like you've learned a new skill, and everyone smiles and waves as you go by), great sights (we covered a lot of ground down Michigan Ave, to the park at Buckingham Fountain, south along the lake to the Field Museum, and back to the edge of Millennium Park) and information (our guide was excellent and gave just the right amount of information about the history, architecture, famous people, and the sights we were seeing).
I would HIGHLY recommend this as an experience for both out of towners and Chicagoans! |

The tour is a great way to see parts of Chicago that would normally be a much longer foot tour. The Segways are quick to learn and a lot of fun. Two hours and you see Buckingham fountain and the entire museum campus, with a great windy city skyline in the background at all times.

My wife and I throughly enjoyed our Segway tour. She was aprehensive at first but once on the Segway she took to it right away and was soon smiling from ear to ear. We have been to Grant Park many times but the view from the Segway is something special. I would highly reccomend this tour to everyone.
