| Wonderful chance to go through Grant Park, past Buckingham Fountain and through the Museum Campus. A great experience! Tour leader, Derrick, did a very nice job. |

| My husband and I took this tour in lieu of an expensive dinner out for our anniversary. It was great! The people were friendly, our guide was fun, and we loved using the Segways. After the first 30 minutes, we would have liked to have traveled faster than the 6 mph limit for the rest of the tour. We are locals so did not need much of the guide's information, but for the out-of-towners, he seemed to address their questions well. We have recommended to friends and family to try the tour. |

| Thanks so much for everything! My fiancee and I had a wonderful time on the Segway tour! Our guide (I can't remember his name, but he wore a Boston Red Sox hat, and he was a young college student) was so wonderful and patient. He really made the tour even better with his outgoing and fun personality. My fiancee is really into technology, and as soon as we got home, he was on the internet looking to purchase a Segway! This was such a unique experience that we will never forget! I would reccomend this tour to all and I would tell anyone that it was worth more than the $70 per person that we paid for an entire afternoon of fun downtown Chicago!
Thanks for everything & we will definitely be back again!

| my family surprised me with the tour for my birthday, it was so much fun. your staff was terrific, as we were running late on the ell, they called to say we would be a little late, and it caused no problem, everyone was very friendly and accomadating in getting us to our group and caught up with the others. our guide alex was wonderfull and even performed first aid in the form of a band aid for my son who toook a spill. thanks again for a great day. |

| This was a birthday present for our 14 year old grandson. His parents were with us. We had a great time. It was easy to do and the views were fantastic. Our leader was Dave and he was the best. I would recommend this to any one that was interested. Don't wait. Do it now! |

Glad we did it.....the low speed is too slow.

| If not with a work group, most of us would probably not have thought to participate on this tour. We are glad we did, however our tour guide could use some "polishing". Know your audience so to speak.... When a corporate group shows up I would not recommend giving t hem a student tour guide who is a few weeks into the job. Also, we do concur that the slowest speed seems to be more dangerous than the next speed up, as it continually pushes you upright.
Suggest, letting folks switch up after 20 minutes or so.... |

| I thought the instruction on using the segway and the route the tour took down to the museum campus and along the lake, etc was wonderful!!! Our tour guide was disappointing....trying to be funny.....didn't have much info re: the sights....spoke to us in the sun vs taking advantage of the shade, talking while riding the segways and talking to the air in front of him as we were all behind him... and just went on and on about his personal opinions and stories. I felt as if I was catering to his needs vs him catering to mine as the customer. Not very professional....and after the wonderful reviews I had read about your tours .... and the cost of the tour.....I just felt this was half of the experience that was sorely lacking and disappointing.
I do appreciate being given the opportunity to give my feedback. |

| Dave, our instructor, was a great guy. The Segway Tour of the lakefront was cool. Suprisingly, the Segways take more skill than first thought. I enjoyed the challenge. My friends and I would do it again in a heartbeat.

| It was great! I mean really great!! Out tour guide Dave was amazing to say the least. We are local and are thinking of planning another tour with more friends that couldn't make it the first time becasue we had so much fun. We passed other tours and it looked like some of the people on tour were kinda left behind. I was so happy we chose this tour. You won't be sorry, we weren't |
