| This was a really fun experience. Just a word of caution though. You really need to have a fairly good sense of balance and not be intimidated by doing something physical. Being tense isn't good for this activity. You need to relax and shift your weight very subtly. Once you get your Segway legs, it's a real blast. A great way to see the sights of Chicago! |

| There were 6 of us, two in our 50s and 4 teenagers. Everyone loved the Segways. I thought I might be a little underwhelmed, but Segways are just as much fun as I hoped for. The Grant Park area is a great place for learning how to ride.
Our tour guide was good and informative. I wish he had talked more about the Segway than about Chicago though. For example, who invented the Segway and what were their challenges; when were Segways invented; how much do they cost; why have they not come down in price; how many Segways are there in Illinois, in the US, in the world; what other models are available; what laws are in place regarding Segways, etc.
One other suggestion: it was great to experience a full-speed Segway for a short time near the end of the tour. It would be better to allow us to use our Segways at full-speed the rest of the tour, if insurance would allow it. After over an hour on the Segway, we were all fully capable of handling the increased speed.

| My husband and myself went on the Segway Tour, and it was fun. We saw parts of the city we hadn't really seen before, and it was beautiful. Our day was exceptional weather wise also. Fun time and great way to see Grant Park and Museum Park. |

| We absolutely loved it and would do it again. They were a wonderful way to enjoy the beauty of the Parks, flowers, and Lake Michigan. Our guide was very knowledgable, patient, and had a good sense of humor. Our friends are planning a trip to Chicago in August, and we told them the Segways are a "must do". Our 13 year old grandson was easily the best and most comfortable on it, opting for one with "big wheels". |

| Mike & Laura were wonderful tour guides. My son and I had I fabulous time. Our tour guides were very clear and thorough on getting us acquainted with the Segways and also in letting us know about the sites we were visiting. We had a marvelous experience. Thank you. |

| We are two adults in our fifties with our twenty something daughter. The two other people on the tour were also in their fifties I'd say. We all loved it and had no problems at all. Chicago is gorgeous and we never could have done all that walking. Our guide was fantastic. Do it! |

| This was my wife's and my first time on a Segway. We were very comfortable on the ride within minutes of getting on. It is a great way to see the city. The tour guide was familiar with the area and provided enough detail to be able to appreciate what we were seeing. I will look for Segway tours of anywhere we go in the future. |

| I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to stay on the Segway, but it was very easy and I had a wonderful time. Dave the tour guide was the best. We had a ball and really enjoyed the day. I wish it could of been a 1/2 day tour instead of just 2 hours. I'm going to look for one to rent by my home. |

| The tour was GREAT. The segway experience was fantastic. Would do it again in a minute. Staff was friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago. |

| At first, I was hesitant about doing a Segway tour because it was something new. Once we got started, I loved it. If I can learn to use it as quickly as we did then anyone can do it. It was a lot easier than I had anticipated and it was a very enjoyable way to see the sights. I would highly recommend it and would do it again. |
