| We had Kristen as a tour guide....great job making us all feel comfy on the machines, including our 80 year old step-dad! He, like my 55year old wife and me, loved it!
We will do it again!
Great way to see the Lakeshore and city skyline, while having fun scooting around!
Sincerely,

| This was such fun. Being a "local", I was more interested in riding the machine than seeing the parks. Our route was just an added bonus. I wondered if I would be able to operate the Segway and I quickly learned that it was not that difficult. Yes, there was that original hesitancy which I overcame. I was in control. The next day I did have a few achey muscles caused by my own tension, but it was well worth the experience. If I can do it, anyone can do it! |

| This was a birthday present for my cousin who was in visiting from New Hampshire and had not previously been to Chicago.
The office staff were great...held jackets we didn't need. Filled out the paperwork in les than 5 minutes. They took an imprint of a credit card, just in case you kidnapped or destroyed the segway, but shredded it or returned it to you upon your return of the equipment.
In less than 10 minutes of training, our total group of 7 were almost experts and on our way to Grant Park and Buckingham fountain. The fountain turned on for the season just as we arrived!
From there we rode over to The Field Museum, The Shedd Aquarium and then Adler Planetarium. The view of Navy Pier and the Chicago skyline were awesome!
We ended up at Millenium park and the "bean". Took lots of great pictures and our guide also took many pictures for us. He was terrific.
The segway was very easy to ride and I woud recommend this tour to everyone... |

| My 16 year old son and I had a great time. Everything was handled smoothly from the purchase of tickets, "training" on the segway and of course the tour itself. I will recommend this to everyone I know who is visiting Chicago. |

| We showed up in a rain storm and Omar took me and my husband out for the full two hours. We refused any chance to take shelter because we were having such a great time. The freezing rain off lake Michigan was a challenge - just keeping our eyes open, but the two hour glide around Grant Park and all the landmarks of Michigan Avenue were the best tour I have ever taken in my life. I wouldn't have changed a thing. It was spectacular! We will do it again, and every year we possibly can. Grant Park was the perfect place. The fall colors and the sculptural trees were unforgettable. We learned interesting things from Omar, who never lacked for enthusiasm, information and conversation. He was an unforgettable guide - and off to class at the end of the tour. What a guy. I hope he had some dry clothes... we did. |

| Tour was unorganized, unprepared, and too large. Program did not start on time. It was a half hour before we were out of the facility and outside with the segways. Once outside, we spent another half hour reviewing what the video showed. Our tour guide told us that she would not be talking that much because she had to save her voice. Then what is the point of having a tour guide or a tour. Some of the segways dragged to the left, and had to resteer to keep straight. Also, some of the tires did not have enough air in them. One person on our tour had her battery die, and I did not see her for the rest of the tour. There are other segway tours that I have been on that were much better organized, had smaller groups or with large groups had more guides, went further, with three hours for the same price and had great tour guides. I would not recommend this tour group to any of my friends. |

| One word "AWESOME"! My friend from New Jersey was coming in for a few days and she wanted to see Chicago, so I went online to the Chicago Tourism site to see what we could do and this was one of the options. I read the information which was very informative and easy to understand. I made a reservation for Friday April 24th @ 1:30pm. We could not have asked for a better day, warm and sunny. Our guide was Will, a young gentleman who was absolutely adorable. We got a 15-20 minute lesson, which was very helpful and off we went. The tour we took was the museum campus' and it was great. Will was a very good guide. I am sorry to say that I do not remember the other guide's name but I know it was his brother so I apologize for not remembering his name. He was great as well. Once we were done with our tour we went back to the shop and I talked to the other gentleman and Dan to let him know what a great time we had. They are all great guys! I will definitely spread the word to everyone I know and come in contact with that this was the best experience that I have had in a while. I will be passing out the brochures that I was given to all my co-workers. Again, great experience, wonderful guides!!!! SEGWAY'S ROCK! |
