| I thought the instruction on using the segway and the route the tour took down to the museum campus and along the lake, etc was wonderful!!! Our tour guide was disappointing....trying to be funny.....didn't have much info re: the sights....spoke to us in the sun vs taking advantage of the shade, talking while riding the segways and talking to the air in front of him as we were all behind him... and just went on and on about his personal opinions and stories. I felt as if I was catering to his needs vs him catering to mine as the customer. Not very professional....and after the wonderful reviews I had read about your tours .... and the cost of the tour.....I just felt this was half of the experience that was sorely lacking and disappointing.
I do appreciate being given the opportunity to give my feedback. |

| Took the tour for the 3rd time in mid September, '07 - LOVED IT! Had a gorgeous day, and the tour was a blast! Went to many scenic areas and had lots of photo opps. If you ever get the chance to do it, don't pass it up. Our ages were 65, 55 and 44, and we all did just fine. After the instructions, the instructor and you are out on the sidewalks of Chicago. After about a 1/2 block, the apprehension and "fear" are gone and you're golden!! What a great way to see the city - I highly recommend it! |

| My husband, sister and I all loved riding the segways. My sister and I were both a little scared at first but later agreed that by about midway through we felt like the segways were a part of our bodies. They moved so easily with gentle leaning forward and back! My husband was not that interested in joining us but confessed (as always) that like my sister and I he had a delightful time breathing the fresh lake air, seeing the skyline, flora and lake and hearing the historical comments by Derek. Thank you for a lovely tour. |

| The Segway experience was a 10+ for me. The feeling of moving freely at a faster pace with a machine that feels as though it were a part of me was quite a high. The guides were kind, courteous and, most importantly, patient. I hope to catch the architectural tour next time I visit Chicago. |

| Just the best way to tour the lakefront. We enjoyed the beautiful sights of the city, learned some interesting history, and had a blast riding the Segways! Our guide was knowledgable and friendly. I would do this again! |

| My teen son and I enjoyed our tour very much. The segway experience was a wonderful way to spend a few hours on a sunny morning. The 2 hour tour was great, but 3 hours would have been more to our liking.
Learning to ride a segway was much easier than we had expected. After 10 minutes we were fully confident in our ability to navigate through the city.
Our tour was made even more pleasure filled by our tour guide Dave. He is a senior at Columbia College studying to be an actor. He has a very personable way about himself, and supplied us with many interesting factoids of the city during the tour.
The segways we rode were limited to 6 mph. Being able to experience the ride at the higher speeds the segway is capable of, is something we would wish to see in the future.

| We had a great time riding the Segways for two hours. Yes there is a Chicago tour involved and yes one gets to see a lot of city scenery, but the real focus is to learn how to ride the Segway unit and to enjoy it for a couple of hours. Our tour guide (Dan, I believe) was very pleasant and gave us very good instructions on the use of the units. I would recommend this to anyone interested in doing something fun and different. |

| My husband and I both felt this was one of the highlights of our recent trip to Chicago. It was a beautiful day and our guide was extremely helpful and thorough on giving us tips and putting us at ease with the machine. In a matter of minutes we felt comfortable with controlling it and had no problems whatsoever. One negative comment on the office staff. We arrived early and they suggested we might want to get water before the trip and pointed outside to a nearby shop, which we took advantage of and paid about $2 a bottle for the water. Just before the tour started, however, the office staff sold bottles of water for $1 a piece to folks who arrived on the late side. Our take on that was we should have gotten there just before the tour to get the deal on the water. Otherwise, everything was first class and we loved the experience.

| We had a very nice time at our Segway tour. I'm not much of a group activity person but it was a pleasant and low key way to learn the Segway and see the museum campus area. |
