No worries at all. Heather did a good job keeping everyone involved. I will recommend this to my sister and parents. That is the key.

Learning and riding the segway was a gas. I wish I could purchase one and keep it around.

We had a great time. We quickly learned how to ride the Segway. It was lots of fun and very easy to manuever even in crowds.

The Segway tour was a blast. It was a great way to see the lake front. We live in the Chicago suburbs, and took our high school aged son with us. We all loved it, and would highly recommend it. I looked into the other tour companies, but they were booked for the day that we wanted. I thought we might have been a little short shrifted, by only having 2 hours, instead of the competitions 3 hour tour. 2 hours was plenty of time for us. It took about 20 minutes to train and then off we went. I did read on the website where the competitors allowed you to go faster after the first half of the tour. That would have been very nice to do and I wish MySegwayTours would change their policy and allow you to go faster on the second half. Everyone in our group of 8 agreed that we should have been able to go faster. There is no way to fall off, frontward or backwards, the Segway keeps you steady no matter how hard you try to fall, but it does take about 5 or 10 minutes to get used to steering them. I can't wait to take our friends when they come to Chicago. Bill

Never been on a Segway before, but it only took a few minutes to get the hang of it. Quite an amazing machine. Guide was very personable. Only problem was that although we covered about eight miles in two hours, the guide didn't really stop and describe or explain the things we were seeing. That was too bad. But fun experience none the less.

Good introduction to the Segway, but...

My girlfriend and I had never been on a Segway before, so from that perspective, the tour was fun. I was hoping it would have been more of an informational tour. It was by no means a bad experience, I guess I had imagined it to be something different.

A little daunting at first but very intuitive to use. A bit pricey.

| I've always wanted to ride a Segway, and really enjoyed the tour. The staff and tour guide were very nice, and the training session made me feel comfortable on the machine. Give it a try!
The tour guide asked whether we were interested in the information portion of the tour (about local landmarks and parks). We mostly just wanted to ride around so she ran through that stuff quickly. Don't pass this up if you live in Chicago! |

The Segway tour was lots of fun. The experience was unique. They are easy to learn to drive. We covered lots of ground you couldn't do walking. The best part though was the guide HANNA she was fun, informative and a genuine pleasure to be arround.
