| This was truly our favorite tour of the city with the included fun of driving around on a Segway! This is the fourth time we have come to Chicago from San Antonio and the tour by far surpasses anything we have done, and we have pretty much done most of the tours of the city!
Thanks again for a great Seg-experience,
Carl
p.s.-We were so happy with our experience we bought the t-shirt too..... |

| We really enjoyed our Segway tour of the parks in Chicago. Even though we are from Chicago, our tour guide did a great job keeping the tour fun and interesting. He was very good at giving tips and pointers regarding the Segway riding itself. We had a blast. Daniel was really friendly and flexible with the tour stops and had a lot of useful and fun information. Plus, we took the tour on a cold and windy January afternoon and still had a blast! |

| We were only in Chicago for a few days and really wanted to do a Segway tour of the city. Unfortunately the weather was freezing, but to our surprise we hardly even noticed. We both had such a fantastic time and our tour guide Derrick was so well informed about the city. He gave us non-stop facts about the city, both past and present. The Segways themselves are very easy to master and we both felt like pros by the end of the session. I will definitely try and find a similar tour in my home town of Melbourne, Australia. I highly recommend this tour for both tourists and people from Chicago. Great way to see a beautiful city. Thanks again. |

| My son wants a segway - this was a very good means to evaluate them, as well as seeing part of the city.
I recommend this tour for anyone who likes to enjoy a non athletic tour experiance. |

| Anyone considering taking the Segway Experience should be aware of the company policy of refusing to give refunds for any reason. Since their website made it clear that their tours go out in all weathers (rain, sleet, ice, snow), I made and paid for our reservations online for the only timeslot available in our schedule. When we arrived at their showroom it was snowing on and off, with slush on the sidewalks (not hard ice), temperature around freezing. Our assigned Tour Captain had not yet arrived, apparently assuming that we would want to cancel because it was snowing. When he did arrive he said it was too dangerous to go out and that we would almost certainly have an accident, breaking a wrist or ankle, and possibly have to pay $500 for damage to the Segway; he made it sound pretty scary. He did not technically cancel the tour but put considerable pressure on us to cancel it, the hitch being that he would give us a coupon for another tour, good for a year, but not a refund. Then he declared he would not take us out, and left the showroom.
The person in charge, also a Tour Captain, said that if we absolutely insisted on going out, he would close the showroom and take us himself. Rather than forfeit $140, we decided to go, and he cheerfully prepared us and allowed us to modify our route according to our interests. Apart from the slush and occasional snow flurries, it was the highlight of our Chicago holiday. Our guide/captain was informative and cheerful and made us comfortable in our expedition, the Segways were really fun and practical, much faster than walking and much less exhausting. We covered a lot of ground, saw a lot, and had an exhilarating time, well worth $70 apiece.
We do feel, though, that the company's hard "policy" of no refunds under any conditions is unprofessional and a bit sleazy. There's apparently another Segway tour in Chicago, but I don't know what their policy is. |

| The Segway tour was really fun, enjoyable, and informative. The Segway scooter is kind of like learning to ride a bike all over again, only much easier and much quicker to learn. If you've been curious about them, get out and try them! You'll be glad that you did!
Our tour guide was Derrick and he was excellent. He really knows the city and its history and provided us with all kinds of interesting facts and tidbits that you don't normally hear about.
If you're looking for a terrific time for a couple or a group, give it a shot. You'll be glad you did and you'll be talking about it for a long time to come! |

| Loved the machine. Simply lean and move. Covered a lot of ground. Got a good feel for the downtown parks and lakeside. Personable guide and good equipment (the jumpsuits were a lifesaver in the cold Nov. wind). Highly recommended. Worth it. |

| I am a local resident who needed friends to come in from out of town as my excuse to take a Segway tour of Chicago's Downtown Lakefront. Our group had a fantastic time and we loved, loved our tour guide, who was full of information, funny and patient with us! I would highly recommend a Segway Tour to both locals and definitely visitors! |

| We showed up in a rain storm and Omar took me and my husband out for the full two hours. We refused any chance to take shelter because we were having such a great time. The freezing rain off lake Michigan was a challenge - just keeping our eyes open, but the two hour glide around Grant Park and all the landmarks of Michigan Avenue were the best tour I have ever taken in my life. I wouldn't have changed a thing. It was spectacular! We will do it again, and every year we possibly can. Grant Park was the perfect place. The fall colors and the sculptural trees were unforgettable. We learned interesting things from Omar, who never lacked for enthusiasm, information and conversation. He was an unforgettable guide - and off to class at the end of the tour. What a guy. I hope he had some dry clothes... we did. |

| We had a great time on this tour. The guide was well informed and careful to make sure we all enjoyed the experience. We've taken Segway tours before, it's a great way to become acquainted with a city, and this was one of the best we've been on. |
