| Paul was our trainer and guide. He handled both responsibilities very well. Clear, concise explanation of how to use the Segway and very interesting and informative tellings of Chicago and it's landmarks. Very personable and made everyone feel at ease in our group. |

| The tour was so much fun. Our guide was very knowledgeable about Chicago and was very helpful in getting everyone set up to ride the Segways. It was a great way to see the city again. My friend who joined me on the tour mentioned that it was good that we had already walked around the city because while one the tour it takes a lot of concentration to make sure you don't fall that you can't always enjoy the scenery. I loved the tour and recommend it to anyone interested in viewing Chicago in a new and interesting way! |

| I had only been on a Segway for a few minutes about four years ago, and my wife had never ridden one. We were in Chicago for the weekend, and decided to take the Grant Park/Museum Park tour. She was frankly terrified at first, and almost bailed. However, thanks to the excellent instruction from our guide, Matt, she quickly overcame her fear. She loved the tour, and so did I. Matt was a very friendly and knowledgeable tour guide, and kept the atmosphere light and friendly. There were only five in our group, including my wife and me. We liked it so much, we plan to do the Navy Pier tour the next time we're back in Chicago. For $75 per person, it's time and money very well spent! |

| We loved the segway tour - it was a new experience, they were fun to ride and we saw some of our favorite parts of Chicago.
A few suggestions though..... the training film was a waste of time and the live training took longer than was needed. So easy to ride and manuever that very little training is actually needed. And we all felt the machines were too slow. We all wanted to go just a little faster. |

| We had a blast. We brought our teenage son, who was not excited about going, but ended up loving it. The tour guide was great (Steve)! I would recommend to anyone who would like to see the city in a different way. |

| Andrew was such a great guide. I've lived here for 5 1/2 years and still learned new things about my city. It was such a fun way to participate in a tour and not as easy as one may think. Andrew was very patient with our group, which happened to be a little larger than usual and involved some folks who didn't have the best control. My only wish is that we could have explored more areas. |

| The Segway tour started and ended on time. Adequate instruction was provided to make sure all participants felt comfortable on the Segways. Our group guide was helpful, couteous, and had a great sense of humor. I would highly recommend this activity to anone who wants a close-up view of the lakeshore around Grant Park and the museums. I am looking forward to trying the other Chicago Segway Tours. The participation fee is steep, but well worth it. |

| It was a beautiful day. Tour guide was friendly, polite, and helpful. Tour guide gave very little "tourist" history. We were disappointed that there was only a few sentences of Chicago history told to us. We would have been more saisfied with a more experienced guide. |
