Our guide was very informative and safety conconscious. Had a great time. I would suggest wearing a pair of sturdy shoes since you are standing for quite a while without actually moving your feet. Would defintely recommend this, it was a great time, can cover a lot of ground in very little time. My husband has trouble walking and keeping up so this was a perfect activity for him.

Riding a segway is a great way to see the city of Chicago and learn interesting facts along the way. Our guide was knowledgeable, and learning to maneuver the segway is easy!

The safety movie freaked me....but after we were on the segway for a bit, I felt more comfortable. Of course, there is nothing more beautiful than the Chicago lake front. Combine the view with the ride and you have a great memory of windy city!

Although I'm a local, my mom was in from out of town and I thought this would make a great activity for the weekend. We had a ball! Although it looks a little difficult at first, the guide/instructor was wonderful. He made sure we were all comfortable on the Segway before we actually went on the tour. Very enjoyable experience.

If the equipment had all been working correctly, this would have been a great trip. The segway is fun to ride, Michael the guide was very fun and informative, but they did not have enough functioning equipment. Two members of the group had to stay back because they ran out of Segways that worked. Plus, toward the end of our ride, another of the Segways failed. The guide gave his to me and he had to walk that one back home. I believe they had overbooked their available equipment and our party had to sacrifice. If you choose to rent there, be sure they don't have a large party booked ahead of you.

| The Folks at MySegwayTour were extremely helpful. I brought two C level clients into town for their first Chicago visit. My clients enjoyed the tour and had alot of fun.The guides were friendly, knowledgable and professional. I would recommend this tour to anyone from business professionals to families. I have already recommended this tour to a VP of sales for his team outing.
Thank You For Everything!

Tour was fine. 3 hour tour is actually a two hour tour with 1 hour of training. Architectual tour was three stops to look back at the city skyline. While the guide was informative, I'm not sure a Segway was any advantage to any other tour. Glad I did it but I doubt I'd want to do it again.

After signing a waiver, viewing a short video, and being fitted with safety gear, we anxiously started our journey. Heading to a park across the street, we learned how to start, balance, stop, and turn on the Segway. We practiced our new skills until everyone in the group felt confident. This is when the fun really began. Our tour guide Mike, paced us through parks, the museum complex, and along the shore. We travelled mostly on level sidewalks, but we also maneuvered up and down slopes, a small grassy section, a little gravel, and across Chicago streets. Mike offered a great mix of historic and humorous stories about the city and the architecture and was also able to answer every random question posed by group members. He engaged each person in conversation and offered to take photos of everyone. The tour was a fast, fun way to see and learn about sites in Chicago.
