| Josiah was an excellent tour guide, patient with younger kids and experienced. The address to your shop should have a plot plan along with the ACTUAL address. The address you give is confusing and could cause someone to miss their tour and lose their money. The tour was fun and I recomment it. |

| We absolutely recommend the segway tour provided by MySegway Tour in Chicago. It is one of those experiences we will never forget. It was fun, invigorating, a great way to see many sights in a relatively short period of time. The tour guides were the best! They were very knowledgeable about both the operation of the segway and the different sites on the tour. They not only stopped at what would be considered major stops (museums, etc) but also at more incidential spots that as a tourist you would not otherwise know about and that provided more interest of a more personal nature to the tour. The guides cared very much about what we wanted to see and hear -- this was not a canned presentation -- there was a lot of interaction and interest in making sure we were having a great time.
We would definitely go on the tours conducted by My Segway Tour again...and again. |

| Took the tour for the 3rd time in mid September, '07 - LOVED IT! Had a gorgeous day, and the tour was a blast! Went to many scenic areas and had lots of photo opps. If you ever get the chance to do it, don't pass it up. Our ages were 65, 55 and 44, and we all did just fine. After the instructions, the instructor and you are out on the sidewalks of Chicago. After about a 1/2 block, the apprehension and "fear" are gone and you're golden!! What a great way to see the city - I highly recommend it! |

| This is a great way to get around town, experience something new and share it all with friends or strangers. Definitely gives you something to write home about. Tour guides are fun, informed and very helpful. |

| Touring parts of Chicago on a Segway added the icing on the cake of our vacation fun and raving about it afterwards became our vacation-conversation joke. With my group of no-reservations companions, it was an absolute blast. Learning it was easy and our cute little, well informed guide added to the fun. I plan to do this again next chance I get. I'm already mapping out my next Segway-City. |

| My husband and I went on tour after hearing in-laws rave about it. There was a big group going out on tour, so it was split in half, with each group getting a guide. I was very nervous prior to stepping onto Segway, but after a few minutes my mind was at ease, so I could enjoy the beautiful sunny breezy Chicago afternoon. We went down to the lakefront, rode outside Soldier Field, Buckingham Fountain, and Grant Park to name a few. We stopped a couple of times in case anyone wanted to take pictures or just take a break. The tour guides went through a thorough orientation with us prior, watching a movie on Segways and once we went out, we were watched for a couple of minutes to make sure we caught on to the "experience." I would recommend this tour to anyone that enjoys the outdoors, and wants to do a little sightseeing at the same time. |

| We took the tour because we wanted to ride a Segway. The training on how to ride a Segway was good, although when we bought our ticket, it said to arrive 30 minutes in advance for "pre-tour instructions" and there basically were no pre-tour instructions and no need to arrive 30 minutes in advance. The tour did start right on time. And the chance to ride around Museum Campus and the lakefront on a Segway was really great. |

| After waiting to do a segway tour for two years, I was afraid the excitement and buildup might leave us disappointed. I was very wrong! This was such a fun tour. I have lived in Chicagoland my whole life but learned a lot of fun things about the city from our tour guide. He was fun and energized. Despite the learning of course, the segway-ing was also a treat. I have zero balance or coordination and yet had no problem manipulating the machine.
Definitely recomend this! |

| My 14 year old son and I recently went on the 2 hours tour. Although a stiff breeze off the lake kept us chilly we had a great time. I didn't realize how easy the segways are to ride. The instructor was very good and pointed out landmarks during the tour which was an added bonus. I have and will continue to recommend the tour to anyone that askes.
thank you |
