| This was the most fun. Learning to ride the Segway was easy. And buzzing around the Chicago lakefront was a blast. We had a small group of 4, from 15 to 65 years old. All took to the Segway like a duck to water. Our guide was awesome! No "canned tour, shut up and listen", she gave us what we wanted and was a joy to be around. This is a MUST DO event. I have a friend from home who is Chicago bound in 3 weeks. He's already planning to do this. |

| We've been to Chicago many times but never saw the Lakefront in such a fun and unique way! The operator was very safety conscious, fun-spirited and made our whole group feel comfortable with the Segway prior to embarking on our tour. We had people in our group from 12 to 78 years old and everyone got the hang of it right away. It's so easy to do and definately a one-of-a-kind type experience! State-of-the-art equipment and, as the main supplier of Segways to the other tour operators, certainly the definative tour group to go with when deciding on a Segway tour. |

| For me and my group I would say words just can't fully describe this Segway Chicago Tour.
First the tour company that operates this adventure is, to say the least, laid-back and super friendly. Our group of 5 people arrived on time (half hour b4 tour) and were welcomed like we were Donald Trump or the like. We watched the short (and sometimes funny) video on the do's and don'ts of Segway operation. Were issued helmets and yellow vests. Assigned a Segway and wheeled (pushed) them across Michigan Ave to a park for training. Short and sweet training. Grasp handles, and get on the machine. After a 45 second test run we were given 10 minutes to practice. Then off to cruise some Chicago sites.
Grant Park, Field Museum, Soldier Field, Shed Aquarium, Lakefront and the Band Shell and many points inbetween.
TIM our AWSOME group leader is very knowledgable of Chicago history and current events. Tim has impeckable customer service skills, and a semi-comedian (don't quit your day job).
I am currently getting another group together so I can get back on two wheels, ASAP. |

| Tim, our guide, was very helpful in both the instruction and tour, obviously very safety conscious since we had kid(12 y/o), teens and adults in our group. He was very knowledgeable of the Chicago area 'tour stories' and was fun to be around. The Segways' were well kept and all of them worked through the entire tour. The store/ office location was easy to find and get in and out of. Not only would we 'ALL do this again', we would tour with 'Segway Experience' without considering anyone else. The kids have already posted the pics on their FaceBook accounts. AWSOME FUN TIME.
Never done this before? IF you have downhill ski'd, water ski'd YOU already have the skill to do this. THX Tim, great time. Hubs Family. :) |

| My husband and I see the Segway tours while walking to and from work. I always wanted to try it. I inquired about it while sitting on a park bench. The tour guide was very friendly and gave us a brochure. I called and made the reservation with a friendly representative and we were good to go...
Our tour guide for the day was awesome! Tim made us feel very comfortable on the Segway. This was my first experience of this kind so I was nervous. He made sure we were all confident before our tour began.
The tour is wonderful. I saw and learned things about Chicago I'd never heard before. I am looking forward to our next tour!! |

| I had seen people taking this tour about two years back and was keen to do it myself. The cost factor kept on postponig it! This father's day, I decided to to take the family for this experience (I had to have some justification!). Thoroughly enjoyed the experience. At the end, did not want to get off the Segway. My daughter could not make it with us. Now she will be going on her own, maybe with someone from the family going along, hurting my pocket a little more!
Overall, a very costly affair, will think a lot before repeating it, but worth doing at least once. |

| Family of 5...including 76 and 72 year old grandfather and grandmother. Sarah was our guide...and she was fantastic. Grandma was afraid, but Sarah gave her great instructions and encouragement. Sarah also was highly informative, and helped us really enjoy the experience. What a great way to see the waterfront sites of Chicago. Would highly recommend to everyone.
After leaving Chicago, we realized that Grandma had left her purse in the front bag of the Segway on which she was riding. We called Segway Experience and Daniel got right back to us...and is coordinating the FedX'ing of the purse overnight. He couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Really super service.
