Great way to experience local sites and history!

| When we first reviewed the tours we were drawn to the Navy Pier Tour that would take us by the zoo and into some of the neighborhoods of Chicago; however, the available times did not work with our flight schedule so we chose the Chicago Park tour. While we wanted the experience of being on the Segway we had no idea the tour would include so much history! Our tour guide was fun, professional, and a wealth of information! He made the tour more fun then we had imagined. We came to Chicago in a group of 7 but only 2 of us participated in this tour. Upon our return and description of the tour the other 5 are now contemplating trips when we return for our future Pampered Chef National Conferences! Thank you again for a GREAT experience! |

| I was amazed at how little time it took to feel comfortable on the segway Chicago Downtown area tour. In 15 minutes I was at ease riding the it. I noticed so much more about the buildings and surrounding areas than if I had walked the same tour due to riding a foot or so higher and the ease of operating the segway. Our tour guide Omar had our group "off-roading" on the grassy areas and segwaying between trees. We definitely got our monies worth and the experience lasted the whole two hours as advertised. It was a lot of fun and I am thinking about taking the segway tour at Navy Pier next. It's a great way go! |

| We loved the experience. Great guide. The tour could have moved faster without so much detail for 'history' of sites, or without so many stops.

| Our instructor, Sarah, was excellent. She provided excellent training and ensured all participants were comfortable with the operation of their segway before we went off on the tour. She provided local and historical points of fact and interest throughout the tour. Her enthusiasm added to this very fun and unique experience. My husband and I both would love to buy a segway and motor around our own town. |

| Family of 5...including 76 and 72 year old grandfather and grandmother. Sarah was our guide...and she was fantastic. Grandma was afraid, but Sarah gave her great instructions and encouragement. Sarah also was highly informative, and helped us really enjoy the experience. What a great way to see the waterfront sites of Chicago. Would highly recommend to everyone.
After leaving Chicago, we realized that Grandma had left her purse in the front bag of the Segway on which she was riding. We called Segway Experience and Daniel got right back to us...and is coordinating the FedX'ing of the purse overnight. He couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Really super service.

| I had never been on a Segway before but the friend I was travelling with had been and recommended it. I loved it!!! Our tour guide, Katie, was awesome! she was enthusiastic, knowledgable and so much fun to be with. She was extremely patient while teaching me to ride the Segway and really made me very comfortable. Because there was only two in my group Katie allowed us to tailor the tour to suit or wants and was very accomodating! I had such a great experience that I cannot wait for another tour! Absolutely the best part of my entire trip to Chicago!!! |

| The entire experience was excellent in every way!! Memebers of our party were stuck in traffic and the Segway Experience staff could not have been more accomodating. They made what could have been a disaster work out just fine! It was a perfect day, our guide was outstanding and a great time was had by all. I have and will continue to highly recommend this activity to friends and colleagues.

| Our trip was threatened by rain, but by the time we arrived at the check-in, things had cleared up, and we had a beautiful afternoon to tool around on the Segway. We had a 13 year old and a 15 year old in our group--and for those of you with teenagers, you know how hard they are to please--THEY HAD A BLAST!
Our instructor was courteous and knowledgeable. She was also patient when the kids got a bit rowdy or when we were asked to leave public property over at the planetarium.
All in all it was a good experience, and I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area looking for a unique way to tool around the museum campus. |

| The experience was great (thanks Kristen)! Being on the Segway definitely imbues you with a "coolest kid on the block" feeling, as kids point and tourists take photos and video, as you glide on by. |

| My husband and I had a good time during the tour. Our guide made sure that we all felt comfortable riding the Segway. We had never been on a Segway before and we greatly enjoyed riding it. Anyone wanting to experience riding a Segway should sign up for this tour. It was very versatile and a lot of fun. |
