Quantum leap in recreational riding!

| Highly recommend this for friends and family! An average level of balance/coordination makes this a really fun family or group outing. Of the 2 hours spent, 30 minutes were on admin and checkout procedures with the remaining time having a blast scooting around town. The sights of Chicago, good weather and great instructor/guide added to the event. The only thing that would make this a better experience would be to lengthen it to say a true 3 hour riding event with a lunch or snack break in the middle. Possibly offering both south and north tours together with the break in between would work. The cost and feasibility of owning your own Segway are closer than you realize! A "do again" for our family! |

| Our tour was both highly informative and a lot of fun. In particular, I would like to highlight our tour guide "Drew". She offered first class customer service by answering all of our questions and providing great insight into the city's history. I was very impressed with her knowledge. In addition, she made our safety the number one concern.
Finally, the company as a whole was fantastic. We were pleasantly greeted when we arrived, and they wanted to make sure everything was to our satisfaction when the tour ended. I would highly recommend Segway Experience of Chicago to anyone interested. |

| Tim from Chicago was a great guide and it was a lot of fun.
I am just sorry we did not give him a better tip.
This was my first time on a Segway.

| Touring parts of Chicago on a Segway added the icing on the cake of our vacation fun and raving about it afterwards became our vacation-conversation joke. With my group of no-reservations companions, it was an absolute blast. Learning it was easy and our cute little, well informed guide added to the fun. I plan to do this again next chance I get. I'm already mapping out my next Segway-City. |

| The segway park glide tour was excellent. It was very easy to learn how to ride the segway. The tour guide took us on a great tour of Soldier Field, Grant park, the fountain, around Millenium Park and other places.
Our only minor compliant would have been the cold weather which the tour operator could obviously not control. It might be helpful in the future to provide gloves since your hands must remain exposed at all times. |

| it was my first time on a segway. i went with my gf. if was both our first time on a segway and in chicago. the segway tour was a lot of fun. the instructor was helpful in getting everybody familiar with the segway and made sure we were all confident maneuvering around on our own with it. we got to see a lot of chicago, some landmarks, parks, etc and the tour guide provided information to places as we visited them. for those wanting to see bits of chicago in a fun way, then this segway tour is a must. our instructor jeff was a very nice guy. good way to spend time with the significant other doing something fun.... |

| We did enjoy the segwaying and would like to do come back again..jeff was the tour guide and he did a great job ....i would recommend this tour for anyone and its the worth the money spent.... |

| It was a great experience for my whole family. My son has already requested to come back for his 15th birthday this fall and I look forward to coming back.
Our tour guide, Tim, was fun and knowledgeable of the city. We would definitely do another tour with him as our guide.
I recommended this activity to my coworker and he brought his family as well. He informed me that it was a hit! The Segway Experience is a great idea for a date, a family outing, a special occassion, or even a unique gift. I highly recommend.

| I talked my husband into this adventure for our 1st anniversary. It was a fun and exciting experience and now, of course, after he's ridden/driven one he wants to buy one for himself. It was very fun and the guides were awesome! Very helpful and full of information. Very cautious, making sure everyone was together and crossed all streets, etc safely. My husband and I were both a little nervous when we got there, as we had never had any expierence with segways, but that went away with a little bit of training and trial. I didn't care for going down the inclines, but I managed just fine. We had a couple younger than us and a few couples probably in their 50's and 60's I'm guessing. It's suitable for all ages. |
