| The segways were fun and a great way to see the city, but the tour guide did not provide any true direction to the tour. Landmarks were only discussed if the group asked a question about something specific, which is quite challenging for someone who is not from Chicago and doesn't know anything about the city. Bike Chicago provided a much more efficient tour to truly learn about Chicago.
Segways were also the older models that did not have newer features such as leaning to turn rather than using the handle bar switch. |

| Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, several of the group members with whom we were placed were only interested in the ride, not the historical and cultural aspect of the tour. I think our tour guide felt limited by this. My husband and I would have liked a more informational tour. The riding experience was wonderful. We would recommend it heartily. |

| Even though the October morning was cold by the lake, my wife and I had a great time. We would never have seen the things we did without this tour. Our guide made everything fun and easy. We would do it again in a heartbeat. |

| The Segways are easy to use but you do need some time to master turns and speed. The first part of the tour was across busy intersections and down narrow sidewalks next to busy arterials, with obstacles to maneuver around. One person almost fell off a high curb and into the street, and another almost fell while rolling down a curb cut into a cross walk and bumped into me. Both were close calls and could have resulted in bumps and bruises at a minimum. I'd suggest keeping a good distance between you and the other Segway and between you and the street. After the first half of the tour, everyone had mastered the handling of the Segways. |

| I thought it was an awesome tour - The Segway was a blast and I enjoyed the little history about Chicago that I didn't know. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone and plan to do it again next summer.

| We had a very nice time at our Segway tour. I'm not much of a group activity person but it was a pleasant and low key way to learn the Segway and see the museum campus area. |

| The Segway experience was "just a blast". We had so much fun! The instructor was professional but firm with the people, which aged from young teen to early 60's.
I was, however, disappointed that we were not able to utilize our Go Chicago card for our earned discount. No where was it stated that we could have inserted this information to receive the proper discount. Then, to present it to the gentleman at the store, put him in an embarassing position when he had to say that "no, the discount cannot be refunded to you ." It was not fair to him, or us.
That is not a good way to do repeat business; however, we would recommend the Segway tour...with the above information included. |

| The Segway experience was a highlight of our visit to Chicago! Our tour guide was extremely helpful as we learned how to operate our Segways...then provided insteresting facts about the area as we toured the park. We've already recommended the tour to friends and will, most likely, sign up for another Segway tour in the future. |

| My comments would be that the experience was fun but there were some issues with the experience. The place did not have our reservation (did it on line with your service) and so there were too many people in the group. They had to take us but they didn't have enough charged Segways. So we found units and the minute we left, mine was beeping and had to be replaced. That took 10 ninutes and then another persons took 10 minutes so the Segways weren't the most reliable. The tour was nice but the guide was not very informative about the site. We ended up using up time along Lake Michigan in this open area and just drove back and forth. I would have preferred seeing more and hearing about the places.
So it was fun but I think the other guy (guide) may have done a much better job and woudl want more reliable Segways.
