| We are 65 and 66 years old and enjoyed the Segway tour immensely. It was easy to learn to use despite our initial apprehensions and it was fun getting around Chicago on wheels. Guides were patient with everyone and informative on the tour.
It would be nice if Segway could provide a "certificate of accomplishment" for first timers. It would provide a nice souvenir for tourists. Or perhaps a little Segway ornament as a remembrance of a great time.
We would definately do it again. |

| The people in the show room were efficient and professional. The tour guide was friendly and very helpful as well as being very competent. The instruction period was just right and the directions given were very clear. The tour itself, was also well done - nice scenery, informative narration and about the right length for beginners. We plan on going on other Segway tours! |

| I thought that this was a great activity! It was really fun to get to use the Segways and we got to see many great highlights of Chicago since we could get around faster than on foot.
My only complaint is that the description on the website made it seem as though the registration and training all took place a half hour before the tour and that the tour was a complete two hours. In fact, the training took place during the first half hour and the tour was the remaining hour and a half. I think an hour and a half is long enough for the tour, I just think that the advertising of the tour should be clearer and more accurate. |

| The tour was great fun!
If I had to criticize, and it's so minor, I thought that the second break we took was unnecessarily long, and seemed like we were killing time to make sure we didn't arrive back too early. I would've rather been riding the Segway.
Other than that, it was great! I would do it again. |

| Our Segueway trip was one of the highlights of our trip to Chicago. It is fun for all ages and skill levels. If you can stand up, you can learn to ride one of these! The rider education was thorough and even the younger riders had no trouble throughout the ride. Our leader Ed was a helpful and amusing tour guide. Cruising down the lake front and through the park...you just can't beat it. Our only regret was it was not a longer tour. They should open up a branch up by the zoo as well. |

| The tour was tons of fun! It's a little pricey, but if you can afford it then you'll have a very unique experience. I went with my mom who is in her fifties. I was worried she would be too nervous on the segway, but once she got the hang of it (which is really quite easy, she said) then she really relaxed and enjoyed herself. She said it's one of her most favorite things she has ever done in Chicago, and she has been here to visit many times. |

| Though it was a bit on the pricey side for us, we are happy that we decided to take this tour. The directions to get there were easy to follow, the people were friendly and the tour and the guide were highly enjoyable. The training was thorough and we felt confident on the Segway, the guide was amusing and informative, and the tour was terrific. We definitely recommend this company for anyone wanting to cruise around the area in a fun and different way. Fantastic and completely satisfactory experience! |

| My husband and I really enjoyed the Segway tour! It was really fun learning to ride a Segway. We had about a half-hour of training to ride the Segway and then we went on the tour of Chicago. The best part of the tour was riding the Segway because I am somewhat familiar with Chicago's landmarks, but our tour guide had good information about the sights that we saw, and I learned some new things as well. The only down side to our tour experience was that there was one person in our group who was less comfortable than the rest of the group riding a Segway, and I think that slowed us down a bit. Based on that experience, it would be nice if they offered the option of a longer tour for people who are comfortable on Segways, or take to it quickly (an additional fee would be OK). |

| Segway instructor was both friendly and informative. She made us feel comfortable with the machine, even though we had both never been on one before. By the end of the ride, we felt comfortable crossing the 6 lanes of Chicago traffic without batting an eye.
Thanks, and we've already recommended it to many of our family and friends and will be looking for more Segway tours for future areas to visit.

| Only suggestions - a little more time in training; and when coming back we tried
to cross an intersection with probably 80 people coming the other direction with
bikes coming from both directions....we should have shut off the segways and
walked them across; just like we did when we crossed the intersection at
the beginning. As a result, my wife hit the raised part of the curb and fell. Luckily,
she and the segway are fine.
It was alot of fun; but the fall at the very end left a "bad taste"; as it could have
been avoided. Thanks.
