| A few more often or earlier tour times would be convenient. Maybe take in to consideration other attraction's and their times ie: Science & Industry, and travel time. May I suggest 9am to accommodate 2hr tour, 1hr travel time and still be able to meet someone for lunch, and catch a 1-2pm show, museum event, etc.
May I also say that the having to open a link to print my ticket was a but inconvenient, I would rather open a text only email ticket with a confirmation number. |

| The Segway tour was a blast. It was a great way to see the lake front. We live in the Chicago suburbs, and took our high school aged son with us. We all loved it, and would highly recommend it. I looked into the other tour companies, but they were booked for the day that we wanted. I thought we might have been a little short shrifted, by only having 2 hours, instead of the competitions 3 hour tour. 2 hours was plenty of time for us. It took about 20 minutes to train and then off we went. I did read on the website where the competitors allowed you to go faster after the first half of the tour. That would have been very nice to do and I wish MySegwayTours would change their policy and allow you to go faster on the second half. Everyone in our group of 8 agreed that we should have been able to go faster. There is no way to fall off, frontward or backwards, the Segway keeps you steady no matter how hard you try to fall, but it does take about 5 or 10 minutes to get used to steering them. I can't wait to take our friends when they come to Chicago. Bill |

| Never been on a Segway before, but it only took a few minutes to get the hang of it. Quite an amazing machine. Guide was very personable. Only problem was that although we covered about eight miles in two hours, the guide didn't really stop and describe or explain the things we were seeing. That was too bad. But fun experience none the less. |

| Fantastic! We had never been on a Segway before and were a little apprehensive. Everyone in our group was able to learn how to safely operate the units with 15 minutes of instruction and practice. By the end of the tour we were all masters!
The tour guide was knowlegable of the city, helpful, fun and enthusiastic. He made the tour even more enjoyable.
Great sights and photo shoots on tour.
If you're driving to this tour you'll need to find parking. There is a parking garage around the corner from the office. |

| I went on a 2 hour evening tour and a few months ago I'd been on a segway tour in Chicago by City Segway Tours. Their evening tours are 2 hours, but their daytime tours are 3 hours vs. 2 hours for this company during the day and the City Segway tours used the black key starting out and about halfway through they used yellow key which allowed us to ride the segway a little faster. Their price for the 3 hour tour was $75.
I wasn't unhappy with the tour and our guide did a good job, but if a competitor offers 2 speeds vs. 1 and a 3 hour daytime tour vs. 2 hours, what would you pick? |

| The best part was driving the segway. Our tourguide Hannah was very friendly and infromative. I have recommended it to my friends. The worst part was the helmet/orange vest get up ;) |

| We showed up a half hour early as instructed and ended up waiting 25 minutes to get started, then the "training" occured during the first half hour of what should've been the tour. One Segway in our group of 8 had mechanical difficulties and had to be replaced, so we all had to wait for it to arrive from the shop. The guide made up for lost time by going over the end time by a half hour. Luckily we didn't have a tight schedule so only had to keep our other friend waiting for us for 45 min. The tour itself was nice, and flexible as to where we went. The Segways are easy to get used to and everyone in our group seemed to have fun. The weather was perfect, so we lucked out there - considering Chicago weather near the lake. The Segway staff was nice and competent - no worries there. |
