| My husband and I did a Segway Tour for our 13-Year wedding anniversary. It was a riot! So much fun. I can't wait to give tours as birthday gifts! |

| Great weather, an enthistiastic guide, and fun toys. As others have noted, it takes 15-30 minutes to get acclimated to the Segways, but once you do, they feel like a natural extension of your body. Definitely a great way to see a lot of Chicago quickly at ground level. |

| It was a great way to see the city and get to experience a Segway. Our guide was very energetic and knew a lot about the city. I wish we would have been able to see more tourist sites as well as have more information about the city provided to us during the tour. After the tour we walked over to Millenium park which I highly recommend to round out the tourist experience in that part of Chicago. I would highly recommend this tour as a fun way to see the city. |

| my family surprised me with the tour for my birthday, it was so much fun. your staff was terrific, as we were running late on the ell, they called to say we would be a little late, and it caused no problem, everyone was very friendly and accomadating in getting us to our group and caught up with the others. our guide alex was wonderfull and even performed first aid in the form of a band aid for my son who toook a spill. thanks again for a great day. |

| This was a birthday present for our 14 year old grandson. His parents were with us. We had a great time. It was easy to do and the views were fantastic. Our leader was Dave and he was the best. I would recommend this to any one that was interested. Don't wait. Do it now! |

| The Segways are easy to use but you do need some time to master turns and speed. The first part of the tour was across busy intersections and down narrow sidewalks next to busy arterials, with obstacles to maneuver around. One person almost fell off a high curb and into the street, and another almost fell while rolling down a curb cut into a cross walk and bumped into me. Both were close calls and could have resulted in bumps and bruises at a minimum. I'd suggest keeping a good distance between you and the other Segway and between you and the street. After the first half of the tour, everyone had mastered the handling of the Segways. |

| Our tour leader, Skip, was very knowledgeable, interesting, and funny. He made the tour fun. The segway was easy to handle. I can't wait to try it again. The two hours flew by and we were sad when it ended. |

Glad we did it.....the low speed is too slow.

| If not with a work group, most of us would probably not have thought to participate on this tour. We are glad we did, however our tour guide could use some "polishing". Know your audience so to speak.... When a corporate group shows up I would not recommend giving t hem a student tour guide who is a few weeks into the job. Also, we do concur that the slowest speed seems to be more dangerous than the next speed up, as it continually pushes you upright.
Suggest, letting folks switch up after 20 minutes or so.... |

| I thought the instruction on using the segway and the route the tour took down to the museum campus and along the lake, etc was wonderful!!! Our tour guide was disappointing....trying to be funny.....didn't have much info re: the sights....spoke to us in the sun vs taking advantage of the shade, talking while riding the segways and talking to the air in front of him as we were all behind him... and just went on and on about his personal opinions and stories. I felt as if I was catering to his needs vs him catering to mine as the customer. Not very professional....and after the wonderful reviews I had read about your tours .... and the cost of the tour.....I just felt this was half of the experience that was sorely lacking and disappointing.
I do appreciate being given the opportunity to give my feedback. |

| After returning to Michigan from Chicago I often felt like I want to ride Segway again - to a store, to get from a place to pleace, or just for fun. I enjoyed our tour guide, Omar - he has my deep gratitude for a nice tour. If was fun and educational. He was understanding and responcible and found the time to pay attention to every single participant of you tuor - both kids and adults. |
