| The Segway Experience (Chicago Park Glide Tour) is a blast! First of all, if you have ever wanted to try a Segway, this is your chance. Secondly, being able to see Chicago this way was great! Although we had to avoid some of the sights due to the Taste of Chicago, nothing really describes how much fun you'll have. As with any new experience there is a learning curve in operating the Segway, but the staff (Nicole?) was experienced, knowledgable and patient. We learned how to make our way around all obstacles, even the throngs of people going to the Taste of Chicago. I will definitely book another Segway Experience the next time I'm in Chicago! You get an A+++++ in my book! |

| My wife and I are both 68 years old, but we found the Segway to be easy to learn and easy to ride. It was great fun and thoroughly enjoyed the 2.5 hours. We can't wait to do it again with our children and grandchildren.

| THis is my third time, and it's a blast!
Despite the skill of our leader, though, the training took too long (8 people). For a 10:00 tour, we did not leave the training area until 10:50. I realize that this is group dependent, but given the number of staff in the office, it would've been helpful for one of them to follow us over, and help with individualized training where needed.
Because of this, our leader offered to go over the time by 10 min or so, but we had a committment, so didn't get to go around the perimeter of Millenium Park.
Note, a second group that went out at the same time as us (4 people) finished their training at 10:25. |

| I had injured myself because of being given a huge Segway when I specifically asked for the smaller, more controllable segway but there were none left in the store to use. I really think the store representative should had used the big one and allowed the paying customer, like myself, use the one of my choice. The company leader did this so sneakedly----left me for last in the group (since I was the young guy--and said here is your SEGWAY--the "big boy". What could I say when no other one was available and everyone else had their vehicle and were ready to go? Terrible experience!
Never asked me is OK...just gave it to me!
I also expressed my concern about the competitor company giving one extra hour of riding compared to this one, but they would not listen. I wish I would had gone to the other company who was able to travel the Millenium Park. etc.
My next trip I will not come home with sores on my knees and elbows-----because I will be given the correct size Segway--the one I had specifically asked for paying $70. This company was not prepared for large crowds at all. They must remember the CUSTOMER.
One more issue---the brochure said come in one half hour earlier for training---that was not part of the two hours. I have no idea why 45 minutes of the two hours was taken up with training....not according to advertisement.

| enjoyed the entire adventure...the segways are really fun to learn to ride!!!!!!....had an wonderful guide named dave and he did a great job on the training as well as giving us highlights of the city! would recommend this to everyone! the 2 hours went by too fast....thanks! |

| We had a great time on our Segway Experience Tour. It was a great way to find out about what Chicago has to offer for parks and museums. Our guide Adam was very friendly and patient, and gave us valuable and interesting information. I will (and already have) recommend the Segway Experience Tours to anyone I know who is planning a visit to Chicago. |

| We recently went on a Segway tour in St. Louis and it was spectacular! With that being said, my expectations of the Chicago tour were very high. this didn't happen. June, who was our guide, had only being working for the Segway Co for two weeks so she wasn't that familiar with the chicago area and she really didn't know how to fill the two hours. I was very disappointed and the price of your tour was not cheap. I am planning on doing a Segway in Denver, Co so I will have that one to compare with also. |

| Several weeks ago I realized that time passes quickly, and that I needed to alter my life in ways that would create more joy and laughter. The first plans I made were to spend a day sailing on the lake with friends, relaxing and telling silly stories that old friends share. The second was to register for the Segway Experience because I had heard from several people how much fun they had.
Sarah, our guide, was young, professional, and brimming with enthusiasm about the Segway and the Tour. We quickly learned the basics and began to make our way with greater and greater confidence through the Lakefront parks, weaving our way around Buckingham Fountain, the harbors, and south to Soldier Field. We passed under canopies of green, watching boats moving out on to the lake. It was a spectacular day!
I plan to do it again in the autuum when the leaves began to change and the lake reflects the deep azure of a late September sky... |

| My group consisted of myself (56 yr old female), my 17 yr old daughter, her 16 yr old friend and my 12 yr old niece. We had a blast. I would recommend this tour to anyone... and we did! People came up to us on the tour and asked us what we were doing and how much does it cost. We told them the tour was worth every penny of the cost. Our tour guides covered all the safety issues and explained how to operate our Segways. They were very knowledgeable about the area and shared that information with us. We were very sad when out time was us - we were having so much fun.
My daughter is trying to convince me she needs one for college next year... but I think it would be better for me to keep it at home since I'll have to save money for all of her college expenses. |
