| We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and found it very enjoyable. Our tour guide Jenny and Docent Joyce were very informative, professional and helpful. We were pleased with the pre trip set up and instruction. From the time we entered to check in to the end of our tour it was a very positive experience.
We felt the tour was a great balance of "ride time" and information and learned a lot about the fascinating history of Chicago. As we had our 13 and 16 year old children on the tour with us they found it a great experience. As a consequence we would definitely plan to do it again either in Chicago or another city where the tours are available. |

| Easier than riding a bike, makes walking obsolete, makes you feel like you're floating along. After 10 minutes on the Segway, all the scenery became the focus, not how I was getting there. Try it, you'll love it!! |

| At first, we were worried that we may have balance issues in learning how to ride the Segway, but we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Dave, our tour guide, was extremely patient and full of good humor. Even with our clumsy first attempts, he was understanding and actually made learning fun. I would enthusiastically recommend this experience to everyone, no matter the age. The park scenario was perfect. We were able to tour the whole park and feel the fresh air without getting tired. |

| A perfect birthday surprise for my husband. Cameron was a fun leader and we had a great time. I can't say it's the best way to sight-see, as I was really focused on staying in line and not running over any pedestrians, but it was a fun outing. |

| Riding a Segway through Chicago's museum district and along Lake Michigan is about the biggest change of pace in the city. Or, any city. First of all, people are looking at you constantly, probably envious that they're not doing this. The Segway people on Jackson help you select the right helmet and a garish orange vest with advertising and phone number all over it. You push your vehicle across the street to a walled courtyard to learn how it works. After twenty minutes, you are on your way in a line of 10 tourists to two guides. You sail down Lakeshore Drive on a very wide sidewalk, being sure to stop at the lights, and not roll into the street. First stop is Buckingham Fountain, and the cute college guide gives you the details. Then, to the museums - stopping in front of the Field, the planetarium, and the aquarium. Then, that tremendous overlook at the harbor - full of sailboats this warm October day. You can take pictures, roll around, and even talk to people not on Segways about your experience.
All too soon we are rolling back along the waterway, when angry bikers yell at you for hogging the entire walkway with your machines. If you don't know that bikers use the path, and that they are very angry people, you can be yelled at.
For $70/person and two hours, riding a Segway is a hoot. Would you ever want to own one? If you lived in a village and needed to go places in about a six mile radius, yes. If there are ample sidewalks without a million bumps, yes. If you are a cop in a large city park, yes. If you are healthy, WALK.
But, for two hours - it was neat to be a pop icon on wheels! |

This should make anyone want to buy a Segway.

| Riding the Segway was a great time, but a little unsettling at first. Once you get used to the machine you will wonder why you don't see more of these in use. I expected a bit more from the tour. Quite a letdown that we were denied going into Millenium Park. The guide was very entertaining but I think lacked knowledge of Chicago history. I would have liked to hear more tales/stories/history about where we were and what we were looking at. Still not a deal breaker, I loved the experience and will certainly tell anyone going to Chicago to check it out. |

| We've been wanting to do a segway tour for a long time. It was a lot of fun and the training and the tour guide were great.
I would definately do this again!
