| The Segway was as easy to handle as they say it is. The tour guide was more than helpful in making us feel comfortable on the machines before we took off. We had varying levels in out group of 9 and all were "experts" by the end. He was knowledgeable about the sites we saw. He was personable. THANK YOU!!!! |

| The Segways were easy to learn--very good instruction was provided. It was a beautiful clear evening in Chicago, so riding through Grant Park, past Buckingham Fountain, along the lake and around the museums was delightful. Our leader was very nice and gave us some good Chicago information, but the "tour" was really secondary to our riding the Segways. The 2 hours was more about riding, enjoying the scenery and enjoying each other. By the time the tour was nearing its end, no-one wanted to give up their Segway. They become almost a part of you--they are quite intuitive. Anyhow, it was a fun thing to do with my 20 year old son. We only wished we could have gone faster! |

| We had a great time on the Segway tour. In fact, it was the second year in a row that we took the tour. The tour stops at all of the highlights, parks and the museums. The tour operators are great and often stop to take photos and give a bit of history about a particular venue. I would recommend this to anyone! |

| Very good, enthusiastic, tour guide who was very personable; probably the most important factor in our high recommendation. Only improvement would be to have the opportunity to go faster once everyone got the hang of it in low traffic areas |

| It was a fun way to spend time with my children, high school and college age. Although we knew the locations being narrated, it was a different approach to view downtown. We were told they offer the tours year round; we would love to try a winter tour. |

| The guide had good knowledge of the city. Everyone was comfortable with the machines before we left for the tour. By the end of the tour we could all manuver the machines as if we were walking. The views and locations we saw were great!
I would recommend this to anyone. |

| All three of our family members really enjoyed the experience. The training was well done by a very friendly young man who led the group extremely well. We really liked the tour but will always remember the experience of using the innovative segway machines in the park and on the lakefront. Thanks for something we will always remember. We will definitely do it again if we are in Chicago! |

| We loved the tour. Our tour guide was clear, concise and fun to be with. I highly recommend this tour for families and individuals that like to try something a little different. It was a blast! |
