| I always thought the segways look like fun, now I know.
We were lucky to ride on a Tuesday, the foot traffic wasn't as busy as a Saturday or a
Sunday would have been.
The guide was fun. |

| Our family enjoyed the Segway tour a lot. I don't recommend it if you really want an informative or detailed tour of Chicago. It is really all about the Segway. Like most people taking this tour, I assume, I had never been on a Segway and was curious. It was easy to learn and very safe. The instructor was very patient and personable. The tour is a great way to spend time with the family and get oriented to downtown Chicago. It seemed expensive at $70 per person but was well worth it.
If going in the summer, I recommend sun block and sun glasses. A hat is not necessary since you wear a helmet. We were worried about punctuality but it was very relaxed and if you are late, I am sure they will wait on you. |

Couple on a Date |
| I have been on segway tours in Paris and in Washington DC through a different company. This tour was 2 hours for $70. Both of the other tours I was on was 3 hours for $70. Also, this tour was less personal, they didn't ask our names or have us introduce ourselves to each other. THey didn't allow us to go faster than 6 mph, where both other tours gave us an hour to orient and then bumped us up to the faster keys. Overall, I was slightly disappointed with this tour. We were really only out on the machines for an hour and a half. We didn't see anything besides the skyline and we had time at the end where they asked us to go around in circles in a tiny little park to say goodbye to the machines. I paid for a tour of a city. I didn't get that. |

| The Segways are incredible and extremely fun to ride. They seem "alive" in the way that they adjust to your every move. Such incredible technology. I want one for my own, now.
Very personable staff and training was complete. This was a highlight of our weeklong Chicago vacation. |

| This was the perfect activity for our group. We were a combination of family and out-of-country guests, aged early twenties to mid-fifties. Everyone mastered the Segway immediately, our guide was young and enthusiastic, we learned a few things about Chicago and had a blast. The Cool Globes that are out now (August 2007) were a big plus. |

| The guides were very knowledgeable, patient, and clear with their instructions on how to operate the Segways. They stressed safely as the number one goal, and to have fun as well. They were able to deal with all the ability levels in our group.
I wasn't quite sure if the 2 hours included the instructions as well. When I read the website description it stated in one area that the 2 hours included instructions. But then another sentence in bold print said to come 30 minutes early for processing and instructions.
If instructions were not to be part of the 2 hours, then our tour time ended 20 minutes too soon. This might need to be clarified.
Otherwise, all went well. I will certainly recommend this to my family and friends. |

| We are 65 and 66 years old and enjoyed the Segway tour immensely. It was easy to learn to use despite our initial apprehensions and it was fun getting around Chicago on wheels. Guides were patient with everyone and informative on the tour.
It would be nice if Segway could provide a "certificate of accomplishment" for first timers. It would provide a nice souvenir for tourists. Or perhaps a little Segway ornament as a remembrance of a great time.
We would definately do it again. |

| The people in the show room were efficient and professional. The tour guide was friendly and very helpful as well as being very competent. The instruction period was just right and the directions given were very clear. The tour itself, was also well done - nice scenery, informative narration and about the right length for beginners. We plan on going on other Segway tours! |

| The tour was informative and scenic. But, more important it was also a great way to ride on a Segway for two hours. The overall instruction and safety review enabled everyone to have an safe and enjoyable tour. The quality of the instructors/guides was excellent. |
