| The segway experience was not my cup of tea. I enjoyed the tour, however; the actual segway machine was something I could not master in the short time I was on the machine. I feel the company needs to give people more practice time on the machine before putting them in the busy streets of Chicago. Going up hills and stopping was not an easy task for this rider.
Next time, I'll stick to walking.... |

| I was on a short vacation to IL from CA. IL used to be my home. Brought my boyfriend along to see Chicago for the first time. I was looking for a way to show him the city in 2 days. The Segway was a perfect way to do this. We did not have a lot of time to tour the city and show him each tourist attraction but the Segway experience was very satisfying for him. I have been to Chicago many times as a college student and have lived near the city for about 8 years in the past. Now that I am living in Northern CA, I had to show my boyfriend what a great place Chicago is. I had a bit of trouble using the equipment but still enjoyed the tour. It was fun. Will have to come back and do it again. Thanks guys. |

| Other segway tours in town go for 3 hours, for the same price, aside from that, it was perfect. |

| This was something very cool and fun. I am from Chicago and have taken the boat tours before. This was much better. A 2 hour tour was just the right amount of time.
Omar was a fun guide. He knew the Segway and was very good at teaching us how to use it and what to watch for. He also taught me a few things about Chicago that I didn't know.

| Learning how to ride the segways and riding them was alot of fun. However, I do wish that the tour would have been a good mix of fun facts about the museums and places we were seeing rather than more about riding the segways. I think part of the experience is to enjoy the segways and part of the experience is to learn about the museums and parks that you are seeing. I have been on the Chicago architectural boat tours five times and would still go on them again because I feel like I can learn more about the architecture of the city. We did learn a few fun facts but I just felt like I wanted to learn a little more. However, I do have to say that I really liked our tour guide and think he got the vibe from the group that we just wanted to have fun on the segways. All in all I had a great time and my group of friends truly enjoyed the tour and ofcourse riding the segways. I do feel like for $70 a person, I wish I could have learned a little more. |

| The Segway experience was a highlight of our visit to Chicago! Our tour guide was extremely helpful as we learned how to operate our Segways...then provided insteresting facts about the area as we toured the park. We've already recommended the tour to friends and will, most likely, sign up for another Segway tour in the future. |

| I loved the trip, as well did my wife. Our friends on the other hand had some dexterity issues. She slipped on the mud and fell, and after that was only wishing the entire thing was over with. I will definitely recommend this to anyone that isn't afraid of a little adventure. The instructors were very nice and attentive to everyone's needs. I wish I lived in Chicago so I could go do this more often. I want the 12mph key!!! They should offer one ride a week for 'advanced' users that have ridden them before to be able to run the higher mph's. Even though it was raining the entire time we were out there, we had the most fun I had the whole weekend during those 2 hours on the segways. |

| We had a great time on the Segway tour. In fact, it was the second year in a row that we took the tour. The tour stops at all of the highlights, parks and the museums. The tour operators are great and often stop to take photos and give a bit of history about a particular venue. I would recommend this to anyone! |

| The Segways are incredible and extremely fun to ride. They seem "alive" in the way that they adjust to your every move. Such incredible technology. I want one for my own, now.
Very personable staff and training was complete. This was a highlight of our weeklong Chicago vacation. |

| I was impressed with the Zerve service quick response. I inadvertently entered the wrong email address and a rep. from Zerve called the same morning to clarify the email address for e-tickets. |
