| Omar was our leader and he had ALOT of patience teaching all of us, 53,52, and 25,24, and 24 yr.olds. I was nervous going down a slope and he rode along side of me and guided me down. He also has a great sense of humor...thank God. It was a beautiful way to see the Chicago lake front and parks. Just great for visitors from Seattle. Thanks alot. |

| Learning how to ride the segways and riding them was alot of fun. However, I do wish that the tour would have been a good mix of fun facts about the museums and places we were seeing rather than more about riding the segways. I think part of the experience is to enjoy the segways and part of the experience is to learn about the museums and parks that you are seeing. I have been on the Chicago architectural boat tours five times and would still go on them again because I feel like I can learn more about the architecture of the city. We did learn a few fun facts but I just felt like I wanted to learn a little more. However, I do have to say that I really liked our tour guide and think he got the vibe from the group that we just wanted to have fun on the segways. All in all I had a great time and my group of friends truly enjoyed the tour and ofcourse riding the segways. I do feel like for $70 a person, I wish I could have learned a little more. |

| Ever since I talked with a security guard at Millenium Park who was riding a segway I wanted to have the experience too. Having seen several groups gliding around the lakefront, I "googled" to learn where and how I could sign up for such a ride and tour.
Family visiting from out of state was the final push to go.
Instruction was good and thorough, the guide was attentive to the group at all times as we moved on to our route, the route itself was just right in length, and as our confidence grew, it was easy to maneauver anywhere.
We got back to the Segway office by threading through quite a lot of pedestrian traffic (it was Labor Day weekend), often being the subject of camera shots and questions from bystanders.
I recommend the tour to any adventuresome person and might very well do it again. |

| The Segway experience was "just a blast". We had so much fun! The instructor was professional but firm with the people, which aged from young teen to early 60's.
I was, however, disappointed that we were not able to utilize our Go Chicago card for our earned discount. No where was it stated that we could have inserted this information to receive the proper discount. Then, to present it to the gentleman at the store, put him in an embarassing position when he had to say that "no, the discount cannot be refunded to you ." It was not fair to him, or us.
That is not a good way to do repeat business; however, we would recommend the Segway tour...with the above information included. |

| We enjoyed everything about the tour. Our guide, Ed?, knew so many details about the places that we saw. He made the trip very interesting. He had a great sense of how much to say, and when to stop. He also was a wonderful teacher as he was showing how to use the segways. He made it very easy. I hope that goes into teaching. :-)

| I am sure I would be giving this an all thumbs up if I enjoyed the whole Segway thing. My husband and brother-in-law, and his wife loved it. I feel it just wasn't my thing. But putting that aside, not bad. |

| The Segway experience was a highlight of our visit to Chicago! Our tour guide was extremely helpful as we learned how to operate our Segways...then provided insteresting facts about the area as we toured the park. We've already recommended the tour to friends and will, most likely, sign up for another Segway tour in the future. |

| Our guide was a young man named Ed and he did an awesome job of explaining all the safety instructions and details on operating the segway. He was educated on the the downtown sites and did a great job. The only suggestion I have is, when it comes time to take the 10 minute break, why not take the break in an area where there is shade? We happen to have a hot. humid day and the break was by the shedd aquarium right in the hot sun. Of course the downtown view was spectacular but it was hot... |
