| Jennifer and Sarah were great tour guides. Very thorough with the pre-tour training of the Segways and with the knowledge of the local sights during the tour. A great experience. My son's favorite activity while in Chicago. He liked it more than seeing the Blue Man Group. Thanks for a memorable experience.

| My son and I took the tour last week and had a great time. The machines were awesome and fun to ride. The people that work at the store and our tour guide could not be more friendly and helpful. The price seems like a lot at first but it is a great value. |

| This tour was so much fun! We had a great tour guide who took us to fun spots and had a great personality! Its was our son's birthday and he made it a point to make it special! Loved driving the Segways! Great for the kids! A definite highlight of our trip to Chicago! |

| I picked this activity thinking my 17-year-old son would like it. I didn't suspect I would have just as much fun as he did. At first, in the training, it did feel weird and unstable, and I was a little worried. But within minutes (thanks to our outstanding guide, Michelle) I felt like the Segway was reading my mind, and it was incredibly easy to maneuver. We were lucky, too, in that the weather (which was cold and dreary much of the week) was beautiful for our Segway tour. We will do this again, on any trip to Chicago, and I would recommend it to anybody looking to see the lakefront in a new way. I lived in Chicago for over 20 years, and never saw it quite this way. (Son says, "Just do it!") Fantastic! |

| We knew we would have fun, but was even much better than we thought! The weather wasn't great so we give al the credit to the tour guide, Michelle from the Chicago store, and to the machines themselves. From the moment we walked in the door, we were laughing & smiling with the staff, sorry don't remember the other gals name but she was equally delightful! Michelle went out of her way to make sure we had a great, safe, fun tour. My husband, me and my 15 yr old daughter and 2 of her friends all thought it was awesome!! Thanks!! |

| We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and found it very enjoyable. Our tour guide Jenny and Docent Joyce were very informative, professional and helpful. We were pleased with the pre trip set up and instruction. From the time we entered to check in to the end of our tour it was a very positive experience.
We felt the tour was a great balance of "ride time" and information and learned a lot about the fascinating history of Chicago. As we had our 13 and 16 year old children on the tour with us they found it a great experience. As a consequence we would definitely plan to do it again either in Chicago or another city where the tours are available. |

| Riding a Segway through Chicago's museum district and along Lake Michigan is about the biggest change of pace in the city. Or, any city. First of all, people are looking at you constantly, probably envious that they're not doing this. The Segway people on Jackson help you select the right helmet and a garish orange vest with advertising and phone number all over it. You push your vehicle across the street to a walled courtyard to learn how it works. After twenty minutes, you are on your way in a line of 10 tourists to two guides. You sail down Lakeshore Drive on a very wide sidewalk, being sure to stop at the lights, and not roll into the street. First stop is Buckingham Fountain, and the cute college guide gives you the details. Then, to the museums - stopping in front of the Field, the planetarium, and the aquarium. Then, that tremendous overlook at the harbor - full of sailboats this warm October day. You can take pictures, roll around, and even talk to people not on Segways about your experience.
All too soon we are rolling back along the waterway, when angry bikers yell at you for hogging the entire walkway with your machines. If you don't know that bikers use the path, and that they are very angry people, you can be yelled at.
For $70/person and two hours, riding a Segway is a hoot. Would you ever want to own one? If you lived in a village and needed to go places in about a six mile radius, yes. If there are ample sidewalks without a million bumps, yes. If you are a cop in a large city park, yes. If you are healthy, WALK.
But, for two hours - it was neat to be a pop icon on wheels! |

| When first hearing about the segway tour of chicago the first thing that came to my mind was" of course, this is going to cost probably hundreds of dollars a person. Being only 70 per rider for 2 hours including the lessons, it is very wallet friendly. We got to go and see some major things in chicago on one of the most technologically advanced machines in chicago. Just the feel of riding one is out of this world, at first you think that it might be unstable and hard to ride, but its easier to do then a bike! The machine balances itself and by merely putting a bit of wiehgt on you toe or heel it goes that way. I loved riding by and having big groups of people smiling and pointing you out because youre riding this thing, and i cant even count how many times i got pictures taken of me on one. The group stops for some "kodak" moments so you can get a picture with the friends and family. The employess were very generous and took their time making sure you were comfortable riding on a Segway, and would stay with you as youre getting the hang of it. If you want to have one of the most fun and memorable experiences in the windy city, i recommend trying out one of these segway tours of chicago! |
