| Leaning to use the Segway was easier and faster than I expected. Once on the go it was a great experience. Great tour guide who knew Chicago from the museums to sports with politics inbetween. Couldn't have been better. |

| Excellent. I did this in July as part of company outing, there was about 15 of us then. Last week I had 2 friends in from the Lake Tahoe area and this was one of the sight see tours we did. They loved it. The guide was excellent.

| Our tour was very entertaining. The tour Guide (TG) was funny and very relaxed with the group.
The spots we stopped along the way were interesting and teh TG had unique comments and factoids about each. But I do know every one was exicted in just riding the segway as well.
It was fun and I will be book another tour when I go to Chicago again. |

| My wife and I throughly enjoyed our Segway tour. She was aprehensive at first but once on the Segway she took to it right away and was soon smiling from ear to ear. We have been to Grant Park many times but the view from the Segway is something special. I would highly reccomend this tour to everyone. |

| I bought the tickets for my 15 year son old and my very hard to please mother-in-law. They had a blast. They can't stop talking about it. It poured the day they went and they still said it was fantastic. My son has given me a blow by blow of everything they did. I think that is the most he has said in 6 months. Thanks for the big success! |

| I did this with my 14 year old grandson, and we had a great time. The tour was very professionally run and lots of fun. Our guide (Sarah) did a great job of teaching us how to handle the Segway and leading us through Grant park. |

| The segways were fun and a great way to see the city, but the tour guide did not provide any true direction to the tour. Landmarks were only discussed if the group asked a question about something specific, which is quite challenging for someone who is not from Chicago and doesn't know anything about the city. Bike Chicago provided a much more efficient tour to truly learn about Chicago.
Segways were also the older models that did not have newer features such as leaning to turn rather than using the handle bar switch. |

| Took this one over other similar tours since it was "Segway Certified" - Was a blast - Ended up being able to "go off road" unlike other tours |

| This was a great way to see Chicago! Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and really "made" the experience for us. I would highly recommend the Segway tour to everyone! |

| I would've expected the route to be detoured while the Taste of Chicago was going on. Instead we went directly through the crowd and that wasn't fun at all. We had a couple of incidents due to the crowd (stumbling off Segway, etc).
I suppose that may be why our Segways were set at such a slow speed. I've been on several tours in other states and we were always able to gradually increase the speed. When we finally got into open space, it was frustrating to only be able to go 6 miles an hour.
The tour was ok, but I wouldn't do it again. |
