We really enjoyed the experience & recommend it to all that enjoy the outdoors. Nate and Jeff (trainee) were excellent tour guides and demonstrated that learning about the history of Chicago can be fun as well.

The instructions provided for operating the segways was excellent. The tour guides knew their material and were enthusiastic about their job. This would be a particularly fun group activity.

Wonderful chance to go through Grant Park, past Buckingham Fountain and through the Museum Campus. A great experience! Tour leader, Derrick, did a very nice job.

If the weather is good, then this is a must do activity. We had great weather and a wonderful view of Chicago. Although I have been there many times this was a super way to get a different angle on the city.

This was a birthday present for our 14 year old grandson. His parents were with us. We had a great time. It was easy to do and the views were fantastic. Our leader was Dave and he was the best. I would recommend this to any one that was interested. Don't wait. Do it now!

I've been on the AIA architecture river tour many, many times. It's my favorite thing to do with visitors from out of town. I don't think it's much of a stretch to also want to take the AIA Segway tour, too. OK, I admit it. I really only wanted to do it because I wanted a reason to ride a Segway. It was lots of fund. However, the AIA Segway tour is at 10 a.m. twoce a week. So, my out-of-town visitor and I took a non-AIA-guided tour at 5 p.m. instead. Although the 5 p.m. tour guides were nice young men, I'm willing to bet it's going to be worth getting up at the crack of dawn to take my next visitor on the 10 a.m. AIA Segway tour. On the other hand, if architecture isn't that important to you, anytime you have an excuse to ride a Segway in the company of nice young men is OK.

Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Learning was really easy … just like they say. The Segways are incredible machines that do all of the work. Truly anyone can do it. And the two hour tour down to the Planetarium and back was the perfect length of time. I’ll be back
