| I loved using Segway to get a brief tour of Chicago, then go back and see the things I want to up close. It was much easier than doing all of the walking and Omar gave us a brief synopsis about the city. His sidekick, Colin, was great fun. It was nice to have a small group (only 4 of us) and we quickly learned how to control the Segways. Definitely take this tour! |

| Our tour guide, Tim, did a great job with our family of five (2 adults and 3 teens). We learned to ride the Segways very quickly and then headed off to the Museum Campus etc. Tim was very informative and personable. We are definitely going to go on a Segway tour with your company again, especially when we have out-of-town visitors. |

| I was in Chicago on vacation with my brother. We had a limited budget and were limiting ourselves to only a few activities. We looked at all the City had to offer, and decided that taking the Segway tour gave us an opportunity to see some of the city and decide what else we may want to do. It turned out to be the best part of our trip. Our trainer, Nate, and our tour guide, Dave, were both wonderful and made sure we had the best time possible. I recommend it to anyone looking for something new and different. |

| Just the best way to tour the lakefront. We enjoyed the beautiful sights of the city, learned some interesting history, and had a blast riding the Segways! Our guide was knowledgable and friendly. I would do this again! |

| Our instructor, Sarah, was excellent. She provided excellent training and ensured all participants were comfortable with the operation of their segway before we went off on the tour. She provided local and historical points of fact and interest throughout the tour. Her enthusiasm added to this very fun and unique experience. My husband and I both would love to buy a segway and motor around our own town. |

| Nice people, but the segway is a lot more difficult to manage than they lead it to be, i launched off mine and fractured my right arm big time, they took us through a place down by the water front around a bunch of globe art, the path was to narrow, and when a young child stepped in front of me my only choice was to launch off my segway, i am not awaiting surgery and a long recovery.....think about it long and hard before you commit,, i only completed less than half the tour with my husband, and they did not even offer to refund my ticket, they where more concerned about their liabiality than anything else, calling and wanting to know how i was, as if they really cared.........never again |

| I approached the Segway tour initially with a lot of trepidation--I was only doing it because my 14-year-old niece wanted to. I'm not good with motorized things nor do I have good hand-eye coordination. From the very moment we set foot in the shop, I was made to feel welcome and re-assured I would be able to ride the segway . We had a great trainer and guide who was super-patient, informative and relaxed about our tour. I caught on very quickly--to my surprise--and soon became confident about riding the segway. I had a great time (so did my niece) and hope to do this again in the future! I'd highly recommend it to anyone! --Sheila Riley |
