| Took this one over other similar tours since it was "Segway Certified" - Was a blast - Ended up being able to "go off road" unlike other tours |

| I took the 5pm tour and it was the best thing I did in Chicago. The weather was nice with a cool breeze and the two hours just flew by. I loved the Segway Chicago experience so much that I plan to take the Los Angeles tour. |

| Our group was male and female, ages 29, 50, 58 and 61, all originally from Chicago area but 2 were visiting from Texas and Calif. We are all related or in-laws.
We found the experience to have been fun and certainly a stretch out of our comfort zone. As I was getting on the Segway, my thought was, "Why did I even think to do this?", but after about 5 minutes, I felt much more comfortable. It actually felt good to try something so new and different. All of us had a wonderful time and came away with amazing memories. Our guide, Brian, was patient and helpful. There was an older man in our group (maybe around 70+) and possibly he needed more "hovering" because it was difficult for him. |

| The Folks at MySegwayTour were extremely helpful. I brought two C level clients into town for their first Chicago visit. My clients enjoyed the tour and had alot of fun.The guides were friendly, knowledgable and professional. I would recommend this tour to anyone from business professionals to families. I have already recommended this tour to a VP of sales for his team outing.
Thank You For Everything!

| We did this tour with 3 of our children, and though we were nervous at first, it was easy to get comfortable with the Segway. Our tour guide was helpful and enthusiatic. The weather was good, so we had a lot fun riding around the park and seeing the museums. I wish we could have gone even further! |

| The segways were fun and a great way to see the city, but the tour guide did not provide any true direction to the tour. Landmarks were only discussed if the group asked a question about something specific, which is quite challenging for someone who is not from Chicago and doesn't know anything about the city. Bike Chicago provided a much more efficient tour to truly learn about Chicago.
Segways were also the older models that did not have newer features such as leaning to turn rather than using the handle bar switch. |

| Our tour guide was fun and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, several of the group members with whom we were placed were only interested in the ride, not the historical and cultural aspect of the tour. I think our tour guide felt limited by this. My husband and I would have liked a more informational tour. The riding experience was wonderful. We would recommend it heartily. |

| We did the Segway tour as a team activity for a group from work. It was a great experience, and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thanks for an awesome tour! |

| The Segways are easy to use but you do need some time to master turns and speed. The first part of the tour was across busy intersections and down narrow sidewalks next to busy arterials, with obstacles to maneuver around. One person almost fell off a high curb and into the street, and another almost fell while rolling down a curb cut into a cross walk and bumped into me. Both were close calls and could have resulted in bumps and bruises at a minimum. I'd suggest keeping a good distance between you and the other Segway and between you and the street. After the first half of the tour, everyone had mastered the handling of the Segways. |
