| Our group was male and female, ages 29, 50, 58 and 61, all originally from Chicago area but 2 were visiting from Texas and Calif. We are all related or in-laws.
We found the experience to have been fun and certainly a stretch out of our comfort zone. As I was getting on the Segway, my thought was, "Why did I even think to do this?", but after about 5 minutes, I felt much more comfortable. It actually felt good to try something so new and different. All of us had a wonderful time and came away with amazing memories. Our guide, Brian, was patient and helpful. There was an older man in our group (maybe around 70+) and possibly he needed more "hovering" because it was difficult for him. |

| The tour was great. Our granddaughter insisted on riding the pink Machine. It was different from the rest and harder to operate. The tires were thinner and it took more weight leaning in either direction than she had. I rode it later and found a big difference. We had a great tour and our guide was a lot of fun and was caring. | We had a wonderful time and would recommend it to anyone. The guides took their time to make sure we were comfortable with the equipment an made the whole experience fun. |

| We had a great experience. Our tour guide was excellent. The only thing I would change is that people should be grouped by age. There were two old ladies in our group and I feel they slowed and shortened our tour. |

| This tour was very fun and informative. The segways are easy to learn how to ride and although we were nervous at first, by the end of the tour we were doing figure eights and not ready to get off. The only thing we would have different was to do this tour at the beginning of the trip, because it gives you an overview of the city and lets you see things that you would want to see closer up later. Oh and other key advice, wear comfortable shoes with some support, we both rode in sandals but wished we had been in tennis shoes. |

| Our guide was very informative and safety conconscious. Had a great time. I would suggest wearing a pair of sturdy shoes since you are standing for quite a while without actually moving your feet. Would defintely recommend this, it was a great time, can cover a lot of ground in very little time. My husband has trouble walking and keeping up so this was a perfect activity for him. |

| Riding a segway is a great way to see the city of Chicago and learn interesting facts along the way. Our guide was knowledgeable, and learning to maneuver the segway is easy! |
