Segway Experience of Chicago Park Glide Tour

My wife and I, along with our teen-aged sons, have taken several Segway tours in various cities. We always find them very enjoyable and a good way to scout out places that we would like to go back and see in more detail. So much can be seeen in such a short period of time. This tour was exceptionally enjoyable, in large part, due to our tour guide, Eric. He kept the proper perspective of safety and fun and his narration of our tour was quite entertaining. Sara our guide was extrodinary. Very knowledgeable, fun and full of energy.I reccommend to any age group. I am 67 and more then a little over weight. I could handle the Segway trip with the same ease as my much younger son and daughter in law. I will do this again in another city. So much fun.

Our guide was enthusiastic and knowledgable; great personality for working with people. We have already recommended this to others who may travel to Chicago.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the 2 hour tour. We were not certain if all of us would be able to ride a Segway due to one family member's non-athletic ability, however she preformed admirably. The guide allowed stops along the way to discuss historical or interesting city features and gave us time to rest on a bench. The guide was very helpful and aware of our needs; he provided an excellent tour of Chicago. Now all of our family members are Segway experts!

I would definitely recommend anyone to take a tour of Chicago on a Segway. Although we were nervous at first, we all got comfortable riding the Segway. Most of our group were all AARP age. Our tour guides were excellent and made it a most memorable experience. We agreed we would all do it again. Worth the time and money.

We had a great time on the tour. Katie and Ryan were wonderful tour guides. They had a lot of patience giving us the guidance to get started. The Segway's are much easier to ride than you initially think. Within 15 minutes, you have relaxed and are riding like an expert (at least in your mind). :) Being older, I was very nervous getting on it, but after just a few minutes, that nervousness disappeared and I was eager to get underway. I would definitely do it again!

Our segway experience was a total blast! The segway is fun and doable for many ages -- our group ranged in age from 13 to 76. It was a great, dynamic way to see Chicago. We covered alot of territory, and our tour guide, Brandon, was terrific -- very informative, personal, and engaging. Our experience was the highlight of our trip to Chicago. It couldn't have been better, and we would all do it again in a heartbeat!

After about 1 minute on the segway it seems like second nature. The fun factor of the segway is huge...so much so that the tour guide could have sucked and this tour would have still been great. The fact that Sarah was our tour guide made this tour even more enjoyable. She was very friendly and genuine and lots of fun to have as our guide. This tour was very laid back and enjoyable. Watching kids gawk at you and trip over themselves as you wizz by is a good laugh too. I definitely recommend this tour!
