Segway Experience of Chicago Park Glide Tour

I booked my family on a Segway tour and found it to be really a good experience. We had a 65 yr old, 45, 16, and 14. Everyone did fine as far as controlling the Segways, the kids caught on the quickest. Our tour guide was really patient, very friendly, and very knowlegable about the Chicago area and even gave us some suggestions of places to go. It was the highlight of the trip as I did it as a family surprise. All in all it was a great time but the cost is a major factor for those with a family.

This was a great experience for us, we got to cruise around the city as if we were walking, yet able to go to places in a short time with the Segways. Never having been on a Segway before, it only took 5 minutes (or less) for each of us (two adults and one 13-year-old) to become acclimated and comfortable zipping around on the Segways. Tour guides were very friendly and pleasant, and full of info about the sights. In all, an excellent outing and well worth the money.

Very cool. Would definitely recommend. The tour guide, Eric, made sure we got our full time riding after some delays getting everyone going on their Segway, which was appreciated. I only wish we could have gone a little faster on the Segs. It was also a little pricey at $75/person. But overall, I felt like I got my money's worth while experiencing a truly unique ride around Chicago's park areas. One of the more memorable 'touristy' things we did.

The Segwey tour was a ton of fun!! The Segwey is easy and really fun to ride. We got to see a lot of Chicago and the tour guide gave us a lot of great historical information about the sites we visited. Just a really fun and memorable way to see Chicago. Highly recommend it and hope to do it again.

Our tour was very entertaining. The tour Guide (TG) was funny and very relaxed with the group. The spots we stopped along the way were interesting and teh TG had unique comments and factoids about each. But I do know every one was exicted in just riding the segway as well. It was fun and I will be book another tour when I go to Chicago again.

Aunt, uncle, niece and nephew did the Chicago tour. WAAAAAY fun. GREAT guide. We all want a Segway!!!!

My husband and I took our "almost" 15 year old grandson on the Segway tour in Chicago. My grandson thinks the Segway is the neatest invention since electronic games. And us "old folks" enjoyed it too. Our guide was very knowledgeable and able to answer all questions that were thrown at him. Segway beats a walking tour or a bus tour any day of the week.

Our 16 year old son said - "this is the most awesome thing he's ever done." That is certainly high praise coming from a teenage who usually just grunts. The guides were friendly and extremely knowledgeable. An unforgettable experience. This is definitelyl on our list for or next trip to Chicago.
