| Tour was unorganized, unprepared, and too large. Program did not start on time. It was a half hour before we were out of the facility and outside with the segways. Once outside, we spent another half hour reviewing what the video showed. Our tour guide told us that she would not be talking that much because she had to save her voice. Then what is the point of having a tour guide or a tour. Some of the segways dragged to the left, and had to resteer to keep straight. Also, some of the tires did not have enough air in them. One person on our tour had her battery die, and I did not see her for the rest of the tour. There are other segway tours that I have been on that were much better organized, had smaller groups or with large groups had more guides, went further, with three hours for the same price and had great tour guides. I would not recommend this tour group to any of my friends. |

| Both tour guides for the morning did not show up for work. Another person in the office had to take us out. The group was very large (16) vs usualy 8. 3 people had falls, no one got hurt, but the group leader did not know about 2 of the falls because she was too far ahead. |

| My daughter who is from NYC and I who works locally in Chicago did this tour this August. Learning to handle the Segway was a breeze. Each one only needed about 5 minutes and we were off to do the Lakefront tour. We had already visited the tour spots earlier during the week but we were looking forward to the Segway experience while again looking at the same sites. It's a totally different feeling when you're on a Segway. You feel like you're on top of the world. People also can't help but look at you as you proudly move through the various sites.
The tour leader was very affable. He gave historical background on the various sites that we visited although I wish that he gave a lttle bit more of the unique tidbits for each of the sites instead of just the plain textbook info.
My only gripe is that the tour was pricier for the 2 hour tour as compared to 5$ less for the competitor for 3 hours. We also had the later model Segways with the handgrip navigation instead of the newer models where you tilt the handlebar sideways to turn left or right.
In any case, this is still worth the money for a first timer. |

| My sister and I took two of our children (teenagers) on a weekend trip to Chicago. The segway tour was a highlight of our vacation. Adults as well as children will enjoy the experience. We had a beautiful day and it was a wonderful way to get a quick tour of Chicago and enjoy the lake. Although I was a bit nervous at first, the segways are very easy to ride. We all had a great time and would do it again. We didn't want the tour to end. |

| My husband and I took our two grandsons who are thirteen and twelve, and we all loved it. The Segways are easy to ride . . . .intuitive and very quick to master. Our guide, Matt, was terrific. . . . very informative and patient . We found the whole experience fun and one we will definitely repeat.. Our grandsons told us it was their favorite day of the summer. |

| our guide provided us with a great introduction to the Segway PT and led us on a fun trip around the city. this tour was a great way to experience the city in a less overwhelming manner and was much easier on the joints after the scheduled two-hour trip. i'd recommend it to anyone looking for a brief peek at some the popular tourist sites in chicago... without all of the associated admission costs. |

| Andrew was our guide. He was meticulous, engaging and very patient. He made sure everyone understood the basics of the vehicle. He watched out for our security while at the same time made sure that we enjoyed our new wheels. The tour and the experience was excellent and I woul highly recommend it to anyone. |

| The Segways were fun! Instruction was most sufficient and tour was laid back (was also a small group on Sunday evening). Points of interest on tour were a bit lacking for those looking for a true site-seeing experience. Cost was $75 per person compared to other tours for $50 per for same amount of time. Overall, was great fun, and would do again at a more competitive rate. |

| The adventure was great fun - on all levels and I would recommend it to all. However our guide Andy was a mixture of fun, information, adventure and immaturity. He gave a great tour and took us places that were different & asked us what we wanted - this was terrific. but when he spent considerable time showing off how he could ride his segway sitting down or backward, but didn't explain to me how to stop quickly when he clearly had the skill himself...it just felt like showing off.
He was really wonderful and engaging and then would do something on his segway that I would expect from a teen skate boarder.
He stressed over and over that we all should leave 12" inches on either side of us at all times. Makes perfect safety sense. But then when he took us through Millennium Park sidewalks filled with people where it was impossible to keep even a few inches on either side of us - this was thoughtless. When he made a quick left turn on the side walk and my partner tried to follow him but there was no room on either side of her to do so and this resulted in her falling off her segway - this was both thoughtless and unsafe.
His manner was charming- his intentions were clearly to give us all a good time - but his immaturity or need to show off got the better of him. We would do this again but with a different guide |
